The staff at the hotel was outstanding! If you are looking for a place to stay while looking for longer term accommodation ( SHAPE) do not hesitate to book here! They were always friendly and super helpful.

I just wish the hotel rooms had a microwave! I could have stayed longer!

I liked the fact that for not using the room cleaning service they give 5€ coupons which one can use at the hotels bar. I also liked the fitness area with quality equipment and the jacuzzi bath.

Very minor thing was that orange juice was spoiled during the breakfast in a single morning, i just chose apple juice :)

Friendly staff, lovely Breakfast and lots of facilities. EV charging point. Bar snack menu was good and extensive parking. Very close to S.H.A.P.E.

Not enough staff, so the one loverly man, was running Bar, Reception, doing the cooking and waiting tables and would do room service.

The breakfast, even though it hadn't a big variety of choices it was big enough and the best of all, most of it's choices were healthy. The best thing with the room was the spacious window and the view to backyard. The gym is also very good for it's size. Some extras like the iron along with a board were very useful, especially when travelling for business.

The room was too small for it's price. It could barely fit my two medium suitcases and my backpack, leaving no room for me, apart from the bed. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, given the fact that it didn't come cheap. It's always bad to find hair in the bathroom when you arrive, so you know that they are not yours.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are good equipped but small. Bathroom is small also. The airconditioning was not sufficient to heat up the room, since it was very cold weather outside.

The hotel offers only breakfast, no other meals are provided.

The facilities and staff at the hotel were well above average and made my stay very pleasurable. The breakfast was particularly good with plenty of choice. Overall first rate.

The hotel is situated in the suburb of Mons, in Casteau. Near from Soignies and Mons so both of the directions can be find easily. 4-star hotel so the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

Great Breakfast, nice variety of food items to choose from. Very comfortable bed, slept well. Enjoyed the Spa/Sauna, Available to 2300 was great. Front line staff were very professional and efficient.

The staff were quite friendly and the facility was very clean. The room was exactly what we need for a nights stay. They said there was construction going on, but we didn’t see or hear anything.

The hotel was pretty empty so no crowds during breakfast or at the bar :)

The breakfast was pretty weak, especially scrambled eggs very very terrible...It could not be made from real eggs.
