THe hotel is located at walking distance from the university, and equally far from the center of Mons, ideal location for a business trip to the university. Staff members are friendly and helpful, great feeling. The free coffee at the hotel front is also very welcome.

Probably nothing much with the hotel, yet: surprising number of flies! This is getting annoying during the nights.

Modern, spacious, clean hotel. When I booked, I requested a triple room with three beds. We were given a room with two doubles As much as I like my fellow motorcycle buddies, I wasn't sharing a bed with them so the room was exchanged for two rooms without hesitation. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Note for Booking.com....there was no mention of breakfast availability and cost when I searched. It is available so an update is needed. This isn't a negative for the hotel

I really loved the water fountain and coffee machine available 24/7. Bathroom was also amazing. The appartment in total was very cosy and spacy. The staff was very welcome and kind. They answered all the questions I asked and were very helpful.

The rooms are a bit poorly isolated from the noise, so i can hear other tenants and the street.

The property was very well situated, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, perfect for a couple nights’ stay

There was no airconditioning in the rooms and the curtains also didn’t close properly, leaving in a lot of light and creating early mornings. The shower went from luke warm to really hot when you were under it, not touching anything

Only one bedroom out of two we occupied had air conditioning. The room without ac was very hot as were the corridors inside the building.

Nice hotel, great location. On walking distance to the beautiful and surprising grand place. The receptionist told us that on weekends it is an option to avoid the steep e 15 parking fee by parking around the hotel which is free. Very friendly and great service

A bit expensive for what you get. Without breakfast e 110 per night.

No air conditioning in the room. Bathroom: sanitaries very old with accumulation of residues (yellow calcarium). Although daily cleaning is ok. No single coversheet in the bed. Only a duvet for the cold weather.

Friendly people. You can store your bicycles behind the reception or in your room. The room was very spacious. Clean and comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Good en delicious breakfast buffet. Late check out time.

It was very warm at night. Even on a cool summerday. Felt like the heating was on at night.

Parking was difficult to access by car, very narrow and ended up parking outside the property location, on a tax parking lot.

Staff were excellent, friendly and professional, very helpful. Room was lovely and clean, plenty of space to put our motorcycling gear and there is use of a garage to keep the bikes safe. We were only on a quick stop-over and did not take breakfast, as we had a ferry to catch. The location is good, just a short walk up to the Grand Place, where we enjoyed a fine meal and drinks amongst the busy evening life. Mons has some beautiful buildings and this hotel is a good base and in an ideal location from which to enjoy the city.

Couldn't really fault anything, it met our needs perfectly.
