There was a refrigerator in the room.

The breakfast was quite poor: cereals, croissants, two varieties of cheese, orange juice, tea, and milk - that was all. I did not like the fact that breakfast was automatically included in the price - there should have been a lower price for the travelers that did not want breakfast. The TV facility was dreadful - only 4 and 5 programs, the best one being a French one that broadcast only discussions about French inner policy.

My plane arrived at 6 am so I was at the hotel at 9 am. Check-in was at 2pm. Ali, a most friendly and pleasant front desk employee advised that he would assign me a room as soon as one became available. I settled in my room at 10 am. Thank you, Ali, certainly very much appreciated after a 7 hour flight.

If the hotel replaced the worn and dated red carpets the place would look excellent. They did so on the 3rd floor and it looked really inviting, clean, and modern.

It is close to the city centre, although getting there (by bus) in the morning is a horror on the crowded streets. Evening returns are no problem, quick. As for the hotel itself, it was close to winter and the windows did not seal tight, letting in lots of noise from the street and the cold air. This could be improved. Beware there is no lift - if you have heavy luggage you are doomed.

The service was ok, we checked in very quick and nice. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms also. The position of the Hotel also was good for visiting Brussels. We just had to take a single bus to go in the center of the town.

The room was perfect, warm and quiet, very comfy bed. Excellent with a refrigerator in the room. Great location between airport and city (closer to the city). Just a few bus stops to Schuman. Many nice restaurants around the corner. A big Lidl across the street. Several busses to go into town or to Woluwe or Zaventem.

Hotel is worth more than its ratings. The location was excellent and easy to get to from the airport, only around a 20 minute bus ride. The area is quite and the staff are very friendly. Rooms themselves are pleasant.

Rooms were quite barebones with respect to amenities. While the necessities were all there, a kettle would have been lovely. Bathrooms again have all essentials but more amenities would have been appreciated.

Room size, bed, mini-fridge, cleanliness, value for money

The breakfast could be improved (adding ham, boiled eggs, fruit, yoghur, etc) but it's filling! The room sound insulation has room for improvement (noises are coming from the corridor, and also the exterior windows just block maybe 50% of the noise, and you can hear the planes taking off from the nearby airport ...)

Compared to the twin room, the double bed room was really good! Bed was comfortable. And has all it needs. Actually really enjoyed the stay - quality is good in terms of the price.
