The friendly owners who made us so welcome with only 10 minutes notice! The cosy but spacious room with use of living room. The exceptional breakfast including eggs from their own chooks. Lovely bright garden outlook.

The step up into the bathroom was a little scary so we put a chair in front of it at night as a reminder.

We loved everything about our stay with Christa. The room was so well decorated. The breakfast was beautiful and the garden was a delight to sit in. We were able to store our cycles then walk into leper. The bed was so comfy. Thank you for a lovely stay

Nothing! only that we were embarrassed that we left our cycling clothes out drying and our room was thoughtfully made up the next day, we would have been tidier if we knew our bed would be made !

We just had one night at the B&B but would stay longer if going to Ypres. Owner lives in a private house behind the B&B house and we were welcome to use the living room, make a drink etc. in the B&B house. Bedroom was comfortable with drink facilities. The breakfast was excellent. Everything and more if you wanted. Lovely food and my partner enjoyed his fried breakfast! Definitely would stay again and for longer to explore the nearby Battlefields and the lovely town of Ypres. Christa was very friendly and ensured her guests were happy with their stay. Thank you so much, wish we had stayed longer.

Nothing, it was an excellent, comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful breakfast with made to order eggs in the morning ( the bacon omelets were delicious) as well as fruit, breads, jams, juice etc. Comfortable bed, large bathroom. Quiet location, close to the city of Arras, but a car is needed. Free parking on site.

The lighting in the bathroom is less than ideal.

Best sleep we had for our trip so far. Block out blinds. Comfortable room. Lovely hosts . Delicious breakfast

Only thing is a short drive to city but we had car so didn’t matter

A great B&B with friendly hosts and very clean facilities. Breakfast was also great too. A 20 minute walk into the centre of Ieper made it a great venue for us.

Hospitality of Christa , the owner , was exceptional (good for tips and very friendly and welcoming). The breakfast was made with love and care . It was like being at home . We also had great facilities for our bikes / charging .

Owner was very kind and accommodated our unexpected late arrival. The bed was so comfortable and breakfast had a great variety of delicious food! Home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Christa is so nice to visit with & offered good advice about traveling in the area.

The first morning other people staying there were up at 6am, talking loudly outside our door. I found the tub/shower in our room a little awkward to use.

cosy, nice B&B as it should be. Personal, familiar approach and welcome by the host. Rooms is little bit dated, but perfectly clean and meeting all requirements. A delicious breakfast every morning!

Super friendly hosts, perfect breakfast, and i really appreciate being able to make tea in my room.

The bed is a bit too soft for me but it’s good quality.
