The breakfasts were continental of the highest order. The room was superb with a very comfortable bed. Nancy, the owner, was very warm and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment she opened the door to us. The location, just a ten-minute walk from the Market Square in Ypres, was perfect for our stay in the city.

There was nothing that could have made our stay any better.

Everything was great, Nancy is a wonderful host for the 3 nights we stayed. The room was large with a great bathroom. We were cycling, and Nancy was kind enough to allow us use of her garage to store them. The house is on a quiet road close to the centre and all the amenities of Ypres. Nancy thank you for letting us stay.

No dislikes

I liked everything about accommodations! Nancy is a gracious host who explained the facilities, where to park the car, and how to visit the city. The room is well appointed and extraordinarily clean, and the breakfast was delicious and varied in possible selections.

Breakfast was probably the best I’ve seen at any B&B ever. Nancy really does this well. We had a great stay and enjoyed the area.

Can’t think of anything.

The breakfast was excellent and with a good variety. The host accommodated a early breakfast (6:30) and it was very much appreciated. The bathroom was spacious and the room was clean.

Everything was just perfect the room was so cosy and warm spotless clean. The Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was great nice tasty and fresh. Nancy was the perfect host. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast was an absolute standout, everything was incredibly fresh and plentiful. Hot coffee was a game changer and the pastries made by Nancy were ‘to die for’. She is a pseudo travel agent with every map known to man and plenty of ideas and information for your stay in and around Ieper. And she also collected us and dropped us from/to the train station. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Nothing to dislike.

Property was in an excellent location and easy to find. The room was very clean with toiletries, towels, fridge with drinks and apple charger. Lovely breakfast choice.

Nancy and Dirk were very friendly and made our stay most enjoyable. Location to the town was great with only a few blocks to walk. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Area was convenient to battle memorials with plenty of information available in the breakfast room or from our hosts. Will definitely tell our friends about this little gem and hope to return and see the things we missed on our short stay. Thanks for the memories Bill and Brenda
