The Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of both cooked and continental food. Hot drinks were available 24/7 from a Machine opposite Reception, but a card was needed to get a free Hot drink instead of having to pay for one. A drinks card was obtainable from Reception. The Parking was in an Underground Car park spaces were plentiful and the car park was very secure with Entry and Exit Barriers and a Security shutter at the Car park Entrance/Exit

Unlike other Belgium Hotels I have stayed in, there wasn't a Kettle, or Tea and Coffee makings in my room, I had to go to the Drinks Machine in Reception to have a Hot drink. Not too bad for me as I was only on Floor One. But I wondered how guests staying on the upper floors coped with this? On checking out I mentioned the subject of a lack Kettle in my room and was told by the Receptionist that a Kettle was available from Reception but you had to ask for it! Hmmm.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times before and can't fault the rooms, and their cleanliness. My room was very spacious and clean. The Shower was Hot and the cubicle was large, unlike many other Hotels I have stayed in. The Food and the Hotel's location, was ideal for my needs. The Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and worked really hard. The 24 hour Bar was a real bonus. I'm not a heavy drinker but it was great to be able to have a drink without being tied to restrictive opening and closing hours

I wasn't happy with having to pay an additional charge for parking. I ride a Motorcycle and 18 Euros extra per night per Bike just to park it safely underground, seemed a little too expensive. I stayed at the hotel with a group of Bikers and it would have been better if the hotel charged 18 Euros per night for one parking space underground where two or three Bikes could park in it and share the 18 Euro cost

Staff were excellent, spoke great English, room very comfortable but a bit cold, however when we mentioned this they put a small electric heater in room.

Found it strange that people were coming into the bar area to get to the pool, then coming out wet and walking through bar toshowers and toilets, weird.

The free coffee corner was a great surprise. With regular coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate and various teas.

Nothing related to the hotel, all was fine at this hotel. However, there's really not much to do around in Zeebrugge, it was not easy to find a place to eat on a Tuesday evening, most of the places were closed...

Good breakfast with many options, very friendly staff and it was nice to be able to order food at any time.

The toilett was separat from the bathroom, that was a bit wierd. The neighbourhood was kind of ”industrial”, but you could easily take the tram to the beach or town.

Staff in the morning were very kind!

The kinds room with no air (in the morning she couldn't sleep as too hot (it wasn't hot outside) BUT we can't open neither the windows nor the door of balcony due to the smell of cigarettes smoke (probably many are smoking on balcony or in the yard...:(:(

Staff were excellent! They were friendly and always willing to help. Andra was especially helpful to find a solution wiith a booking problem with our room.

Parking was expensive at the hotel.

Nice and spacious rooms, good breakfast.

The restaurant for dinner could be better. The inside swimming pool is small and too many people go at once. Would be good to implement limited entrance by time. Also children stay after 8 p.m. in the pool.

It has a good breakfast but I saw the staff of the hotel when they wanted to change the Drinking water tank , they touch the pipe (that one is inside the tank) with hand

Outstanding staff. Reception team very helpful and managed my need for a warmer room efficiently and kindle. Breakfast team so welcoming and warm. My dog was particularly welcomed with staff bringing him daily treats.

Awful depressing location. No fault of hotel!
