The location was excellent! The property is close to restaurants, shops, and the water taxi. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The pool was amazing! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend! It was also nice to have a little kitchen so you don’t have to pay for every meal at a restaurant.

Our only complaint were the flood lights on the beach side at night are extremely bright, so we couldn’t star gaze from our balcony because of the light pollution. We actually unscrewed the bulbs one night to get some reprieve from the bright light, but the security guard screwed them back in. We are night owls, so if you go to bed early, or have a higher floor room, you probably won’t even notice the flood lights.

The property was well-kept and very clean. The accommodations we had were excellent! It was perfect for our family and everyone was very comfortable. The a/c worked very well for the heat and humidity. The staff was amazing! They made our trip more enjoyable because we knew we could go to the office for help with activities, carts, and dinner reservations. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing vacation! Thank you so much.

Ocean Front Ground floor unit was perfect for a week stay to Dive, SNorkel and Explore Belize. Many great restaurants within walking distance down the beach either direction. Super convenient to be next-door to Ramone's dive center, to book excursions and diving and fishing adventures. Are two bedroom one and a half bath with full kitchen, living room was three times the size of a room at Ramone's resort next door.

Location was great and the staff picked us up and dropped us off at the airport (even though we were like a block away). They arranged our golf cart rental too and it was waiting for us at the hotel.

The beds were wooden and a bit rickety. Made a lot of noise when moving or turning. The airport was literally across the street but flights stopped at around 9 or something and resumed in the morning. Earplugs are a good thing to have when sleeping.

Exceptionally friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provide for all our needs. The apartment was very comfortable and we couldn't have asked for better. The Palms is right on the beach, within a very short walk to some excellent restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the airport.

Our room was spectacular - the view was amazing with comfortable outdoor furniture & easy access to the swimming beach next door! Staff was always friendly & able to answer questions well. They even gave us a ride to the water taxi at our departure for free! The kitchenette was well stocked & it was a very comfortable place to stay!

Spacious room, great view and breeze on the outside porch (2nd floor) - we spent a lot of time out there! The staff is very friendly and helpful.h

If you are on the 2nd floor, there's no place to lounge/sun on the beach side (you would be imposing on the first floor guest's space). Pool area is nice but very small - there's not enough space/chairs for more than a handful of people.

Location was next door to a great swimming beach and pier and walkable to restaurants and shops. The property was meticulously maintained by helpful, friendly staff. Rooms were large with covered outdoor decks and directly on the water.

Bed was extra firm.

The location was excellent, very convenient to town, the water and the reef. The pool area was a lovely oasis. Our balcony was huge, with great ocean views and a hammock.

Super well maintained and staffed, beautiful grounds and in a great location close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We cannot wait to come back!
