No restaurant on site but we knew that going in. Their sister resort Coco Beach delivered once to our room for breakfast and once to us in the pool for lunch. It was decent food. Not terribly hot when it arrived but ok. The rooms were overly generous with size. We never needed out second story being only two of us. The staff were all amazing! The concierge Carmen and William were super helpful. Sereny ( I think that was the name) at the front desk was VERY pleasant and helpful with everything we asked for. She gave us great suggestions for dinner as well. The security guard was always looking out. He was so friendly and helpful. Freddie the bartender was ok. He needed to stay off his phone and pay attention and interact with to guests more. Tua at the pool bar was the best. We enjoyed his playful personality and how fun he was. The housekeepers did a great job. We never saw them but we were kept clean. They do an every two day cleaning. Anything in between you need is easy enough to get. It was great having Tuff Enough tours right on our dock. It made excursions super easy. They have a variety of things to choose from. We found out during one of our excursions you can essentially mix and match to make up whatever excursions you would like and they accommodate you. We loved having the 5gal water dispenser in the room. That was incredibly appreciative with how hot and humid it was there all week.

We didn’t care for aweful furnishings in the rooms. They need updated. It’s more like outdoor furniture. It’s uncomfortable, worn, musty/sour smelling. I didn’t care for them literally counting out the coffee filters so we were allowed one per day. We ran out of them. They said ask for more but that is just a hassle. I used a paper towel as a filter instead. We didn’t like you had to rent the bicycles. I feel for the price you should be allowed to borrow them.

Perfect location on the edge of town where it's not so busy, but you do need a golf cart to get around and to get into town for shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and well kept with great maid service. The hot tub is wonderful and the pool and pool bar are very nice. The dock is really nice with places to sit and hammocks to lay in. There is an excursion company right on site, so for our snorkeling excursion we left right from the dock. You can order food from the pool bar, and they bring it over from the sister resort CoCo Beach, but there is no restaurant on site.

No on site restaurant, but we enjoyed going into town to eat. The pillows are uncomfortable.

Beautiful and relaxing! Great service! Security 24/7! An awesome place to enjoy Belize and to take in the views. We had a room right near the pool (which was amazing) just a short walk to the ocean. We will be going back for sure! We made sure to have our transportation set before we arrived which was very helpful, taxi to get to the water taxi from the airport, water taxi to San Pedro, golf cart ready when we arrived in San Pedro. You will need one if you want to get around the island and explore the secret beach!

If there was an on-site restaurant that would have made it even better. Be prepared to have a full day of travel to get to San Pedro.

The place was roomy and very clean. Staff and service were amazing! Location on the island is great. Will be back if we are back in San Pedro.

More coffee should be provided for the rooms. More economical golf carts offered. The rates were much cheaper elsewhere but these same rates should have been offered at the hotel. Breakfast was at the Cocoa Resort next door. The breakfast was great but for the price of the accommodations it should have included breakfast. As we are from Canada the cost affected us as it was all in US dollars.

The view of the beach was very nice. The room was great and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Two teens and my self and my husband two bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed. so everyone had their choice. it was a duplex setting. it had a full-size kitchen with all the amenities. Staff could not have been better.

Unfortunately, there was no restaurant on site and there was a lot of construction going on at the resort. It was very loud at 6am in the morning.

The staff was amazing! The pool was kept so clean even during a tropical storm. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.

The drinks at the bar are syrupy mixes. In a country where fresh juice is reasonably priced, no one wants to drink a corn syrup replica of what they have fresh at their fingertips. Skip the over priced bar drinks and get some Caribbean Pride juice and make your own.

The smaller size of the resort was wonderful. The grounds and pool area was not overcrowded. This is a wonderful place for older travelers and people with children. It was peaceful and quiet the entire time we were there. Not a "spring breaker" type of vibe at all. The condos were so clean and well stocked with necessities for living there for a week. I loved the fresh fruit/veggie stand at the entrance to the resort. The in-between location for Secret Beach and the downtown area was perfect. The pickleball/tennis court was fun, as was the over-sized chess board. The pier was ideal for fishing charter pick-ups, fishing, and swimming.

I found no fault in anything.

Incredible experience from the point of booking even to checking out. I loved the communication via whatsapp, staff were on hand 24/7 for anything we needed and were so responsive. The rooms were beautifully kept and cleaned and gorgeous views from the resort. Much quieter than the sister resort next door.

It's quite a distance from the town but that's exactly what we were looking for, the town is busy and we wanted somewhere off the beaten track. Definitely hire a golf buggy- much cheaper to do it outside of hotel in the town. Food at the hotel is much more expensive (as you'd expect) and not that great so definitely go out to explore the amazing restaurants in the town.

We stayed one week in a Waterside appartement. the Appartement was fantastic, bed was very comfortable, very clean and Water-Gallon in the room was replaced as soon as empty. this makes it not only very convinient but also sustainable (avoiding extra plastic bottles which I think is very important in our days). The whole Team was very friendly and helpful (offered snorkel tours are not cheap but worth the price). The transfer from and to the airport was very well organized despite the fact that we arrived with an earlier flight, we didn't have to wait. Bikes were available at the resort, that was great. We really can recommend this resort if you are looking for a relaxing holliday and want to make nice snorkel tours. We would definitely stay there again!

next to the resort, a new resort is being built, thus a big construction area (but no noise during our stay).

We enjoyed the beautiful property, and the staff were all very friendly and always willing to help. Alex and Angel we dealt with frequently, and they were great.

I think that the noise complaints were too much. We were with 5 kids ranging in ages from 7-12, and we would explore the island during the day, and come back to swim at night, amd although we appreciate that we were allowed to stay in the pool, we were always told that our children were too loud even though we didn't feel as though they were. I understand that there are elderly residents who live there, but maybe that should be something that is communicated ahead of time.
