Could not ask for a better location in Ambergris Caye (San Pedro). The rooms are clean and well furnished with kitchenette and a separate bedroom. The location is right on the water and if you like to dive or snorkel there is a dive shop on the water across from the hotel and bar. The location and accommodations are great but what really sets this location apart is the nightly entertainment. The events draw ex-patriots and tourists alike. Every week night the outdoor dining area and bar there are planned adult events. The biggest draw are the crab races (Tues and Thurs). Pick and name your crab, make a bet, and their off to the races. Other activities include Bingo (not your church bingo) which includes numerous free shots, just raise you hand and someone will bring you your free shots. Other nights include Trivia, Live Music, and Karaoke. All festivities wrap up around 9ish so its a great warm up for those that want to see the night life in San Pedro or a great end to a long day of visiting attractions for those ready to end their day with a few drinks and fun at the bar.

The location was excellent, right on seafront. The staff was very responsive and easy to work with and having the Nauti Crab available for snacks, meals, drinks was very handy. This is a perfect place for adults who want to be in the middle of the action in San Pedro.

Just a few more amenities would have been helpful, such as paper towels and perhaps a lotion for after showers. Our first room had air conditioning only in the bedroom which was a little awkward but understandable for the area.

Good location away from “downtown” but only a few min drive by golf cart. Across a S andy street from the ocean and dock. Room was clean. They had fun daily activities and staff were great. We stayed in a room with a full kitchen, which we wanted. Apparently not all rooms had a full kitchen. AC worked! And the shower had hot water.

The kitchen wasnt that well appointed. Only 2 large soup spoons, no small spoons, only 3 small forks, only 2 glasses etc.

Reception (Mandy) was very welcoming. First name basis right away and attended to any request. Helped us with vehicle rental and water tour. Helpful with directions. Great, quiet room with only occasional street noise and away from night club on beach side.

Typical very firm beds but still slept well. Lost water pressure one time, maybe due to pool cycling

Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about things to do. The Nauticrab is a must when staying in San Pedro.

The ONLY thing I would change is adding a 2nd mini split to the main room. It could get a little warm.

I expected a full service restaurant and a real beach view of sand. Not disappointed staying there since it was my first time to Belize. I wont stay there my next trip but not saying I’d never stay there again.

Mandy was an excellent guest host. Helped us book flights, golf cart, excursions, and even gave us her personal cart for NYE dinner res. The resort was in a great location and had a fun little bar area that had fun nights like crab races and trivia.

The bathroom could use a mirror and a fan. It can get hot in there, but we've experienced this before in Ambergris Caye so it wasn't too surprising.

Adrian, the front desk manager, was excellent and went far and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. there’s activities to draw a crowd every day, probably the most popular one being the hermit crab races.

Everything.. it was the perfect place for us. The owners and the staff were all amazing. Made you feel like you were home. We can't wait to go back.

The top floor studio overlooking the pool was larger than what we expected . We loved the kindness and quick response of the caretaker Mandy. It was central and close to a supermarket and some restaurants and bars .
