This place was the perfect spot on the water! The room was just like the photos and the beds were comfy. The room was a bit humid but that is just Belize. They did have a dehumidifier in the room to help with this. Its a local hangout spot which was nice to hang with the locals at the pool bar. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The location was right on the water and a 10 min walk to the "main town area" but also a nice walk along the beach to tons of bars and restaurants as well.

I suppose if I had to choose something it would be the pickup and drop off times for the hotel to take you to the ferry they don't start till 9am and end at 5pm. Other than that, everything was great

The rooms are very clean and spacious, with very good shower. The matresses very new and firm, with a good a/c, cooling the room very quickly. Ceiling fans were an option. There was a microwave and a small fridge which was very handy. Coffee was available in the common area every morning from 7-10am, nice touch 😀 A banana fiber beach bag was available to carry the towels to the beach. In genersa everything was perfect, except for the negative point below. Free transfer in/out from the ferry dock is available on a golf cart, except on sunday.

The swiming pool bar was right in front of all the rooms, which created some noise during the night. We were on the third floor and could still hear the music and conversations. On friday the music stopped at 11pm, but people continued around the pool area, keeping a loud tone, specially after having some drinks. This went on well past midnight. Avoid taking the 1st floor rooms, as believe they can get quite noisy. The small beach strip in front of the hotel was full of sargasso and with many boat/restaurant piers, therefore not available for a bath.

Ocean Tide was absolutely perfect! The beds were so comfortable, it’s the best sleep I’d had in two months of travel. The room has clearly been recently updated and had great AC and a nice TV. The shower had really good pressure and there was always hot water. They have a dehumidifier in the bathroom which is a nice touch - I haven’t seen it before and it made sure there was no musty smell (which I’ve become accustomed to in other humid places). The bar is great and there’s music in the evening, it always stops at a reasonable hour though - great if you’ve been out snorkelling all day and need an early night! The hotel is in a great location, close to some great bars and easy walking distance from town. There are quite a few supermarkets nearby as well, and a couple of great bakeries :) The info book from the hotel has some great recommendations I would 100% recommend staying here!

Unbeatable location on the beach right in San Pedro town; restaurants, bars and dive shops a few steps away. Drinks at the bar were delicious and TY is a great bartender. All the staff we met were attentive, and the room itself was great - big and comfy, freshly remodeled. Hotel provided free transportation to/from the water taxi which was very much appreciated.

The bar on the pool deck is open to the public and loud music plays all day, every day until later in the night; was only able to fall asleep with ear plugs. Hotel kept a humidifier running in the bathroom which could get noisy (and it struggled to get humidity < 80%).

Great boutique resort and great location. The staff was very accommodating...they were very helpful with answering all of my questions before and during my stay. They picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. They gave me great recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, transportation, places to see while on the Caye. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back again.

Our stay at Ocean Tide was excellent! The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was very nice. The hotel was centrally located to many bars and restaurants in the area, so we were able to walk every where. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to people looking for a comfortable place to stay. 😊

Everything was amazing. No complaints!

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ray. We were concerned about the loud music based on other reviews but we were not able to hear it from our room which was next to the pool. The staff kept the volume down. It was nice to have a pool to cool down. Room was very clean.

As mentioned whilst booking, no breakfast available wich wasn’t a big deal. Free flow of coffee in the morning at the premises and several reasonable prices restaurants in the near vicinity.

Loved my room, the location and the staff. I could walk to everything - my snorkel tour, the palapas, bars, restaurants, and town center. It’s right on the beach which was nice - just note this particular stretch of beach isn’t necessarily where you would lounge, but that’s okay! Right across the street was a market where I rented a golf cart and could get snacks. I enjoyed my short stay!

Excellent accommodating staff. So friendly! Transfers to and from the airport. Golf cart referrals and discounts. Day on the water with 501 adventures. Coffee in the morning.
