Spacious and clean condo with amazing ocean and resort views. Concierge did a great job setting up all tours, transfers, reservations and golf cart access.

They desperately need more than one pool bar with additional staffing. There were very long waits for drinks and poolside dining. I would also recommend a pastry/coffee/light breakfast counter to be available starting at 6:00 or 6:30 for guests who have early morning tours.

Incredible resort with 6 pools and gorgeous environment with wonderful staff. Easy to get to and fitness room was best ever used at resort. Restaurants on premise and nearby were all good.

Didn’t find kayak or paddle boards usable due to on shore wind and no place to go. Would have liked info on beach path first day not last!

Our stay at Grand Caribe Resort in San Pedro, Belize was nothing short of exceptional. The spacious and impeccably designed suite we called home surpassed even our highest expectations. The resort’s amenities were top-notch, offering a variety of complimentary water activities like paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling. We also appreciated the multiple pools, hot tub, and swim-up bar. The cherry on top was the resort's warm and friendly staff. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome and at home. Overall, our experience at Grand Caribe was unforgettable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing tropical getaway.

Our F3 room was excellent with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable with 6 pillows. Even though we did not cook the kitchen had every cooking appliance you could think of. Also, coffee was supplied every day and my took advantage of the staff taking care of washing their clothes

I always pick a place with a hot tub for my husband. One hot tub was completely down and the other one was not working properly. The restaurants on the property are not good for dinner as they are very expensive. The asian restaurant Aqua food was mediocre with small portions.

Very nice resort. 12 minutes by golf cart from downtown but still lots of people around. Close to the Truck Stop which is a must visit.

Beautiful large pool but the world’s two tiniest hot tubs - room for one or two people comfortably, 3 or 4 is very tight.

A great property with multiple pools so we had the option for peace and quiet in one of the six pools. The beach and the boat dock were steps away to snorkel, kayak or paddleboard. The staff were awesome and very helpful. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport, our golf cart rental and our snorkeling excursion. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were both delicious. The property was in a great part of the island. Quieter but with plenty of food options and close enough to get down to San Pedro for souvenir shopping.

We had no complaints. We had a great experience at Grand Caribe.

Resort is absolutely perfect for a relaxing stay. There are multiple pools around the property and a private beach. If you want adventure, you are a short drive from town and on site are water toys (paddle boards and kayaks). If you want an unBELIZEABLE experience, the tour office can help you book excursions. And, the Spa is the perfect way to end your stay. Staff is extremely accommodating and helped make our stay as stressful as possible free as possible.

Breakfast room service was good and convenient. The location of the hotel was good, just enough out of town but not too far.

The pool was very warm, we also did not like the lay out as the swim up bar was somewhat out of the way making it difficult to keep any eye on belongings. Having some of the lunch items available on the dinner menu would be better, sometimes you just want a quick bite and not a full dinner. Also add some soft drinks to the room service menu other than juice.

We're family of 6, so it was actually cost effective to book one of the two story condos with 5 beds. We felt comfortable and not crowded the whole week (3 bathrooms!) The view is awesome and it feels like our every need was met. We're a complicated group, so this is no small feat: 2 teenagers, 2 six year olds (one autistic), and 2 adults. The pool here had plenty of areas where the 6 year olds could stand up in the water, which is critical for my non-swimmer who has a phobia of most water. He was so happy. The pools were all similarly awesome for us bigger people. We borrowed some of the free stand-up paddleboards to go out on the ocean, and booked boating excursions through the hotel. The bar/room service menu is price-comparable to all the breakfasts we had elsewhere. The lovely housekeepers will do your laundry and return it folded if you leave it in the basket. This place is one of the few hotels on earth I'd go back to rather than trying another if I'm back in the same area.

Anything I'm mentioning here is just absolutely nitpicking- there was nothing worth talking about that we didn't love. The poolside bar food and drink service (they also do the room service delivery) was slow, but we got used to it. We got a crazy crazy rain storm one morning and the seal in the master bedroom patio door was leaking a bit (we reported this). And Rain and Aqua, the two restaurants, aren't cheap but you don't have to eat there whenever you don't want to, and they're amazing when you do. I didn't love paying for bottles of water all the time (the tap is overly chlorinated), and would love if those were included. But seriously, this place is amazing.

This resort was breathtaking. Every detail has been thought out by the owners and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as seemless and comfortable as possible. We rented a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa on the property that was perfefor our guests! The swimup pool bar as well as the countelss pools throughout the property were relaxing. In terms of transportation, Brandon attended to all of our traveling needs! Please ask for him! He is a driver at the hotel! Brandon is personable, knowledgeable, and made sure we came back safely after nights out in town!
