Great location right next to the Witches Market. They stored our luggage when we left for one day to Uyuni. At the top of the building there's a terrace with a great view of the city!

Completely no vegetables during breakfast and you need to pay extra for eggs (omelette or scrambled). The stay itself was good, but there was an attempt of a scam before we arrived - we got a message directly from a hotel (via booking.com chat) that we need to check in and add our credit card on an external site... Luckily, we noticed something was wrong and let booking.com know - they said they contacted the hotel and they didn't send this message... So be careful.

The breakfast was fine. Two mornings I had to leave very early so staff prepared a little breakfast package for me. That was a nice extra service

one night I think it may have been raining and every 10 seconds there was a loud tap outside of my window. I think water (Rain? air?) from the gutter was just dropping on the roof outside of my window. It was pretty annoying thought the night. I would prefer a hello / warm light next to my bed instead of this clinical white... These are the only shortcomings. Otherwise - it was great.

I had to check in at 4 AM, there was someone available to let me in at that time. Breakfast was a good way to start the day, it had many options.

Nice place in a good location to access everything in La Paz, close to the witches market and Plaza San Francisco. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable and there is good Wi-Fi and hot water in the sink and shower. There are enough blankets to keep you warm and it was quiet at night. The reception staff are friendly, helpful and speak very good English. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. We were able to request a takeaway breakfast when we left early for a tour. When we returned to La Paz a couple of days later they kindly stored our bags for a couple of hours in the day even though we weren’t staying at the hotel.

We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage and then check in at 10am which was great. The lady at the reception was very kind. Beds were comfortable and room was good. Great location in the center. Very calm yet close to everything.

Breakfast buffet is very simple. My husband didn't feel great so i asked for a lemon and salt in Spanish, she said she didn't have and was very rude but when people ordered eggs she brought them salt and pepper. Breakfast staff wasn't very kind or friendly. People on the floor above us decided to rearrange the entire furniture making lots of noise for about 1 hour.

Really close to witches market! Rooms were clean, buffet breakfast was good and staff were lovely. Showers were cold/luke warm (normal for Bolivia) There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby along with an abundance of tour agencies. Staff were amazing, spoke perfect English and let us leave our bags there both before and after our stay. They even helped us get a taxi when leaving

Just to know that tours like death road leave before breakfast starts (7:30am) so maybe buy something the night before

We were so impressed that we stayed here twice, for a total of 7 nights! Rooms were comfy & spacious, everything impeccably clean, staff were friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was perfect for us. Good location for walking everywhere. The quality:cost ratio is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone visiting La Paz!

The wifi wasn't particularly strong in our room on either stay, but was better in the corridor / reception, and plenty of wifi friendly cafes within 10 mins walk

The room was nice with a comfortable bed and smart tv. Lift up to high floors was handy. Good location close to main areas. Staff on desk were helpful.

The breakfast buffet was often almost empty as the first guests down there would take everything and the staff would be extremely slow to replenish items. More tables also needed at breakfast as guests were forced to share tables which for some is not ideal.

I liked the location: although the nearby area (not the street itself, where the hotel is) gets overcrowded and busy, it was convenient to get to the different attraction points in the center. Never had any discomfort for safety or noise at night.The staff were very helpful, didn't hesitate to help me with some personal matter. The breakfast was ok, if paid extra for the omelet. On early tours, when we had to leave the hotel before breakfast hours, the hotel provided packed lunchboxes, although very basic, still much appreciated.

As mentioned, I had to pay extra for the egg omelets for breakfast, otherwise, it was really basic, and the finished items were not refilled in time.

Staff was super nice, and they had some food/snacks from home for sale which was nice after a month away. Room was quite small, but the shower was humungous and super warm. The bed was quite firm, but I didn't sleep there overnight anyways just until my flight at 3:30 am. It was meticulously clean, and dry, and decently warm. I honestly have no complaints.

Room was a bit small, in terms of places to put your bags it would be better suited for one person then two, but that didn't bother me at all and is barely a complaint. Super happy with this place.
