Nicely designed hotel. Pretty good breakfast on the 9th floor. There was also a 10th floor with a nice sitting area and patio with great views of the city. Nice room but a bit dark as it was located inside with a large light shaft that was decorated with pretty paintings. The elevator was a big bonus! Best shower we've had in Bolivia. 2 blocks from the Witches Market. Great and convenient location. Definitely worth the stay. Decent price. The travel agency on the second floor helped us get a taxi to ride down the Road of Death. Cheeper than organized tours on the internet.

On demand light in corridor kept coming on and going off all night. I informed the staff. Hopefully they fixed it. The city tour (worth it!) and Cholita wrestling show don't happen every day even though they are advertised as such at the front desk. Make sure you sign up in advance.

The hotel has an excellent location: in a walking distance from San Francisco plaza, Obelisco cable car station, the witches' market, cafes and fruit markets, tour agencies. The staff is very helpful and tries to make your stay perfect. The breakfast is not outstanding, but good enough. We admired the ability to get drinking water either on the first floor or from the bar. Also there was a heater in the room, which was great for my constantly freezing mother.

The towels were more gray than white, but still clean. The reception manager accidently marked a taxi for 4 a.m insted of 4 p.m and woke us up on the phone, but we admire their desire to help us.

The hotel is located on a very busy, loud, chaotic yet fascinating street. There is some noise no matter which room you have but hey, that's La Paz! My room was comfortable, clean, modern and certainly big enough. A great shower with no shortage of hot water and even a heater for when the nights got chilly (which they do). Breakfast, while not the Ritz, was certainly plentiful, fresh and filling. You will definitely enjoy eating your breakfast on the 9th floor with great views of the city! The staff were all very helpful, polite and professional. Would not hesitate staying here again.

The staff were excellent always at hand to help out. Newly renovated with quality fixtures. We were on the fifth floor at the back so no street noise. Water pressure was good and water was hot. Wifi on the fifth floor was ok. Great location near witches market and lots of restaurants.

For this quality of hotel I would expect to have a mini fridge (but most in Bolivia don’t), a safety box, luggage racks (everything ended up on the floor), and a lack of hanging space for towels.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room and facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delightful. Great view from the roof top as well!

When we requested a taxi to the airport through the designated service, they quoted us 80 bols. However, when we personally booked a taxi using Uber, the fare was only 50 bols. It seems likely that they receive a commission. The guy attempted to include the taxi fare in the hotel bill.

Came in the middle of winter and happy to have a warm room to come home to at the end of the day. Alejandra at reception was utterly helpful and made me extend my stay for a week coz it was such a great stay. The location is perfect, it's close to the tour companies and good food. The roof deck was amazing, I felt no need to go to any view point when I had my very own.

Zero variety for breakfast, but the staff was great in providing eggs as needed.

Centrally located, the rooms have a decent temperature (unlike many other freezing rooms I’ve slept in) and breakfast is included. There is an elevator. The staff speak excellent English, which is good for someone like me who doesn’t speak to much Spanish. There is also a travel agency and a restaurant here.

Rooms are modern and clean. Very comfortable beds! Loved the bathroom - excellent shower with great pressure and temperature. Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived at 6.30am and our room was ready - we just had to pay a little extra to check in early. They helped us arrange a taxi to the airport after our stay too. Good location and we could walk to wherever we needed to. Delicious breakfast! Drinking water readily available at all hours in reception.

There was no window in our room so it did get a bit stuffy. If I stayed again I would probably book a bigger room or one with a window. The location is great but La Paz is very hilly and this hotel is uphill to the centre and most of the restaurants so be aware it might be a short but steep walk to some places. WiFi was decent but disconnect a few times. We needed a couple more plug points in the room. Hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, face wash - would be great if they provided soap or shower gel too!

First - the staff was amazing. Very helpful and nice. The breakfast was very good (cooked to order eggs) with a nice choice of fresh fruit and breads. My room was good. NO fault of the hotel, but there was a LOUD Christmas parade in front of the hotel. My room faced the street. The first night was very noisy. I asked for a new room and they gave me a room far from the street.

Really amazed by the warm hospitality of the staffs at Qantu. Roger was so helpful during check in, he patiently helped us set up wifi on our phones, connected us to travel agency which makes booking tours so convenient and helped us arrange taxi to go to bus station. We felt so well taken care of during our stay at Qantu. The breakfast was phenomenal with amazing view of La Paz city. Great selection of breakfast with made to order eggs! Centrally located. We appreciate water and coffee are available at the lobby. We fill up our water bottle everyday before we go out to explore the city, this help us save up a lot of time to buy water. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The beds are a bit old so not very comfortable. The room is pretty small. But overall great value
