Check in was easy, the staff all speak English and are very polite and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and there is a lift. The room was great, plenty of room and a view of the city. The bed was very comfortable, bedding clean and fresh, bathroom was spotless, hot water when you need it and the towels were clean and fresh. The location was perfect, walking distance to every thing you need, right in the centre and plenty of restaurants and shops. Breakfast is included, standard SA style, eggs, bread, cereal, fruits, coffee, toast, jam, yoghurt, etc. Value for money was excellent and I had a very relaxed stay in La Paz. There is also a laundry service and Tours can be arranged as well.

No negatives at all.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I could do my check-in very late at night without any problem. They always textes me back very quickly. I ask for an additional blanket because it was very cold and they gave it to me immediately. The breakfast was good. The location was great and I felt quite safe coming back home alone when it was already dark/evening, right next to the witches market. I met nice people in the hotel and I did the cholita tour which was fun. The room was not the best I had but it was ok - no bedlamps, not too many plugs and for some reason we only got one key for the room and we were 3 people. But it was ok as we could drop it off at the reception. But there were no lockers in the room. All in all it was nice there.

The bedroom was nice and warm, the bed was comfy and the shower was great too. The location was ideal, we were within walking distance of the witches market, cable cars and tons of restaurants. We were able to book the Cholitas wresting a death road through them too.

We liked everything

There first was a problem with the booking, but they person behind the desk was very helpful to help canceling the booking so I was able to book and pay the accomodation right away at the desk. The room and the breakfast was great and the personal very helpfull.

Beds are comfortable. Hot showers!!! Breakfast was alright. They stored our bags and didnt mind us chilling at recpetion while we waited for our night bus.

They didnt empty the bin in our bathroom for the 4 nights we stayed so it was smelly.

Excellent location, staff were very welcoming and helpful and there was always someone on the desk, shower was hot and room was very comfortable

Curtains were not black out so we were woke up early by sunrise every morning, wifi was quite slow

The room was nice and clean. There was jot water and I could leave my bag there before checkin.

Hot water is only available in the morning and evening hours. But you usually do not need it outside of these.

Lovely place in the centre of La Paz. Nice big, clean and comfortable rooms. Reception staff lovely and very helpful. Hot showers. Warm room. Amazing view over La Paz from the room.

Upon arrival in breakfast room, met with cold indifference by lady “preparing” the breakfast. Very confusing as to what breakfast entailed. The breakfast lady actively avoided talking to us as best she could. Mainly on her phone was she. When I asked about eggs, she glared at me with disgust in her eyes. “5 bolivianos for two eggs” she barked. To be fair, the eggs that she provided in the end were nice. If you like eggs and being treated like dirt, this breakfast is perfect for you.

Huge room. Great location. Fast wifi. Breakfast was pretty good.

They charge a random USD to BOB exchange rate, not the same as the street value.

Very good location close to the witches market and restaurants. The WiFi was very good and shower was hot! Beds comfortable. We had a view looking over the city which was very nice! It’s an excellent stay for the price we paid!
