This is the second time I'm staying in this hotel. The room was wonderful, very big and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel location is great, 2 minutes walk from plaza San Francisco, 3 minutes walk from plaza Murillo. They also gave me the room at 8am, which was very important after a long flight. They open the breakfast buffer very early in the morning (4am), which is very important for guests who have to go on a trip or have to catch an early flight.

Breakfast has improved compared with last year, but still needs further improvement. Now you can cut the bread yourself and prepare a toast. They have cheese, but still no vegetables.

However, breakfast was poor. No vegetables, no cheese (unless you specifically ask for it), you cannot cut the bread yourself, you have to ask the waiter to do it for you (maybe because of the Covid19 which has long ago passed from all the world except for Bolivia). Also they charged me 7bs for a glass of milk for preparing coffee in my room, unheard of!

Excellent breakfast including the fruit, great central location within 5 minute walk of Plaza Mayor de San Francisco. Hotel organised airport pick up, helpful reception, huge room, clean. Good hotel

Loose fittings in bathroom, no AC/heating, thin walls. Pool closed every Monday but would have been helpful to be made aware of this in advance.

Location and feeling of safety

Heater was on even though all switches were off; very awkward getting in/out of the tub/shower as it was a jacuzzi tub; mattress lopsided and worn on one side but actually comfortable anyway

comfortable bed and nice bathroom with all facilities. Excellent staff that even opened the restaurant for us at 4:30 am to have a breakfast. Thank you!

Strange windows that open easily with no proper sound blocking. very noisy city that even on the 13th floor we could hear the cars beeping and the parades

Great location, clean & comfy room, very comfortable beds! I was in the upper room and the view of La Paz was great! Good kitchen staff! Very good room cleaning crews! Thank you to Rosario for her help for calling La Paz Golf Course and coordinating, arranging for my tour guide - she was very helpful. But I also like to say thank you to two front desk staff members (ladies work in morning shift) who were also very helpful!

The most helpful nicest staff we’ve ever encountered. The room was very spacious and the location great.

The hotel itself and it’s furniture are quite dated.

The staff were super friendly.I want to mention Rosario and Vanessa at reception and Jeremy,Santos,Jorje,Erickson and Juan-both of them-in the dining room.Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean,comfortable and serviced daily....Sleep quality was perfect.

I liked everything about this hotel.

The hotel building and staff are superb.

The location is in a slightly grimy area but I don't know enough about La Paz to know whether there really are better sections. It totally met and exceeded our expectations.

Really good hotel in excellent location but for me as a solo traveller not worth $100 per night. I think there is a swimming pool but I didn’t see or use it
