We stayed on the second-to-last floor. There was a great panoramic view of the city. The hotel is good located, just a 2-minute walk to the cable car and within walking distance to the center and market. The breakfast was average but sufficient. The Wi-Fi was fast. There was hot water with excellent pressure. Useful tip: if you don't get hot water immediately, just let it run for a few minutes and it will be good then. The staff was friendly. It is important to say that we were impressed by how clean our room and shower were.

Unfortunately, the hotel do not provide breakfast boxes if you leave early. Additionally, there is no kettle in the room or cocca tea available throughout the day in the kitchen, you receive it only during breakfast. Other hotels can offer this service 24 hours in the reception so you can cope with the altitude disease.

Very nice and comfortable. Well located next to main La Paz street, but facing smaller street so not very noisy. Helpful staff, helped us with various issues, missing laundry and others. 10-15 minutes walk (but quite up-hill!) from Witch Market. Good WiFi. Restaurant with good food at the base floor of hotel, many other food places around.

One needs to run water in bathroom for a really long time before it starts to be warm.

Comfy bed, excellent helpful staff. Very flexible with check-in, I was able to book another half day given our arrival at 5am. Much appreciated! Rooms quiet, great view of La Paz. Breakfast was okay; lots of effort by the personnel, eggs, white bread and some cold cuts. Reasonable price. Hot shower!:)

No room heating, but was not too cold anyway.

The bedroom was very clean and good location. Very close to city center and purple teleférico station.

The breakfast was not bad, although my friends were asked to get omelette and eggs, however I couldn’t get them because nobody ask me and there was nobody checking the tables (they got their breakfast 15 minutes before me). I was on time, approximately at 8:15 am… Also we were in different rooms, at night time they were asked for heating. Nobody rang me to ask anything…it was cold so I would have liked someone to ring me too to ask me.

The warm welcome, friendly staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff offered to cook us scrambled eggs as well as a reasonable selection of breakfast items.

It would be to have two bedside tables in a double room.

the receptionist Henry was very kind. We had an emergency, and Henry really helped us a lot, he collaborated and instructed us very well. His kindness and, above all, his command of English made it easier for us to get the information we needed.

When I asked the reception staff a question, they answered me very politely.

The hot water was a little lukewarm during the night.

It was downtown and everything was near by. Also the staff were really helpful. The bedrooms were good and comfortable

Staff very helpful. English was spoken by receptionist. Room was cleaned very well by housekeeping boys.

The staff were always helpful and pretty friendly. The location of the hotel is great and it's on a lot of tour pick up lists, which is nice. Breakfast was good, lots of food and drink options. My room also had a great view of the city.

The WiFi wasn't very good a lot of the time. Sometimes it worked well, but usually it was in and out and difficult to use. Also didn't love that the password expires after a couple days. The hotel advertises heat on booking, but the rooms were not heated. A couple cloudy days in a row made the room very chilly. There were plenty of blankets for sleeping, though, and it was fine on sunny days.
