The room was spacious, staff were helpful, breakfast was good. It had a bath.

The room is showing its age, cracks in various bathroom facilities. The room was located outside a stairwell with a staircase light on all night, that makes sense, but our room had a large window to this light with inadequate curtains to stop the light shing through all night leaving the room in semi-darkness, you needed eye shades to sleep.

Reception was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Wifi was very good. There was plenty of hot water in the shower / bath. Beds were clean and comfortable and housekeeping was good. Room service was also available and very friendly. Room was large with plenty of cupboard space. There was also a well stocked fridge in the room with water and snacks.

Lift did not go all the way up to the 8th floor where we were staying so bags had to be carried up narrow stairs to the top floor. The hotel was tired and has not been maintained very well or modernised. Carpets were heavily stained and worn. Everything in the room was dated - no plugs for sink or bath. Just needs a bit of money spent on it to bring it back to it's former glory.

Spacious and well-appointed room, large and clean bathroom. The room even has a small fridge/minibar inside. Staff were always friendly and helpful and we benefited also from the good laundry service (additional charge). Breakfast was Buffet-Style.

The location isn't super central, but perfectly walkable.

Its a nice hotel but very outdated. It claima to have a bathtub, but its more a tub with a shower. Wouldnt ever use it as a bath though. Furthermore, when we stood in the bath it felt as if we could almost fall through it. Very old bath

The room was very clean and comfortable, with large beds. The bathroom as well was very large and well maintained. The price was excellent for the room we got, and the location is a fairly short walk away from lots of the main attractions of La Paz.

For the breakfast, they charged extra for eggs. It's a small thing, but almost every hotel I've stayed in while touring Bolivia (I guide motorcycle trips) provides eggs with breakfast at no extra charge. The parking lot was small, and our motorcycles were parked behind another vehicle that decided to leave at midnight. That meant the staff had to call us and wake us up to move our bikes out of the way - not their fault, but did mean a poor sleep that night.

Its rooms are big and comfortable it is my second time there. Its breakfast service is tasty and there is a variety of fruit, drinks and biscuits

Everything is great

The location is excellent, nearby restaurants, el prado, the purple teleférico and other places. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Definitely I will come back in my next trip to La Paz. 😀

Bathroom used to be high-standard once (spacious, hydromassage tub, etc.) but now definitely needs urgent renovation. Rather clean but worn out

Everything! Spacious room. Good wi-fi. Comfortable bed. Working TV. Hot water in the shower. Quiet. Excellent location. And the best staff!

Include eggs in the breakfast (don’t charge for it). Place a bathroom carpet, since tile floor is very cold.
