I liked the hotel decor, the water fountain in the lobby with the fish in the water. The room was comfortable and had a desk. I liked the fresh fruit for breakfast. They tried to make it representative of Europe by including croissants and baguettes along with cereal with yogurt, but there were no vegan milk options. The staff was friendly and let me take breakfast up to my room to eat. The pool area would have been my favorite (pool, sauna, steam room, cold tub, jacuzzi), but it was closed on Mondays for cleaning.

The best part of this hotel is its staff. Nelson in the restaurant will take care of you and make you feel at home. Same with Katiuska at the front desk. Always helpful and will go out of her way to accommodate your needs. Johnny at the spa is fantastic. I can't say enough about everyone who made my stay awesome. The rooms are also very clean and spacious.

The TVs are outdated and Cable tv service is just terrible. Wi-Fi is excellent, though.

After 3 months of backing in South America, in hostels, budget hotels and overnight buses, this was our luxury retreat. Nice hotel, facilities and staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Good pool (only open 2-8pm). They allowed us check-in before the official time as rooms were available. Staff helped with taxi & confirmed the fare on leaving.

Somethings dated (wear on carpets, cracked tiles on pool walls) - but would only fault it as it is a 5-star hotel.

the spa was excellent and the staff was very attentive to any need or want you may request. very obvious 5-star service.

We were unable to cool the room down at night which made sleeping very difficult.

Good hotel in good location fir walking to the main street. We struggled with the altitude, so did very little unfortunately and consequently left a day early. Good breakfast, beds and restaurant ok too.

Not sure where other guests were eating but we were the only ones in the restaurant both nights. Meant there was no ambience at all.

The hotel is a bit out of the way but taxis are available to get around. The room was very large as was the bathroom. The room was comfortable ,clean and had everything you might need. Beds were really comfortable too. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

HOTEL NEEDS A FACE LIFT INTERNET UNSTABLE WE STAYED THERE 20 YERS AGO ND IT WAS IN TIP TOP SHAPE IT ISNOIW FRAYED AT THE EDDGES

The breakfast was nice but could be improved with providing oats in the cereals and consistently having natural yoghurt. Otherwise very nice breakfast.

Later opening times for sauna would be better. Larger gym space.

high quality very comfortable stay, large room, super bathroom and hot shower, great water pressure. enjoyed the extra space. room service late night saved us! kept our luggage stored safely.
