The hotel is near the cable car station in which three cable car lines intersect. The room is spacious and clean and has a hair dryer. Breakfast is diverse and tasty.

My friends and I made separate booking reservations. We had hotel confirmation from one day before arrival but when we came to the hotel they had only one reservation. At the reception, they just said sorry, something went wrong with your reservations so we do not have rooms for you. They sent us to another hotel for one night and we came back to this hotel for another three nights just because we were lucky that our rooms were available.

Modern building with great view in a very nice and save neighbourhood. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Affordable laundry service available. Beds were comfortable. Even mini bar items were affordable(especially for european standarts)

Breakfast was limited and not enough for the amount of people. The shower was hot but hard to set the right temperature.(altough i would guess this was just the faucet in our room, might not be the case everywhere).

The appartment we had was on the 11th floor, which had a nice view even if some buildings were blocking it. The appartment was very spaceous! the couches were comfortable and so was the bed. The doors downstairs close at around 1am, which is more than good enough.

The breakfast was very lackluster. The reception didn't always have someone available and there seemed to be no other way of contacting them. These are nitpicks though.

Great place to stay, quite centrally located with good breakfasts and service. spacious room with kitchenette [ca 30-35m2?]. Very quiet room [I stayed at inside part of the building facing university building, not the street]

In general all good - sometimes wifi was very slow and indeed it would be great to have a bit more light in the room - especially near the bed for reading.. Also the interiors need a bit of refreshment.. ;)

The place has a great location, there are many restaurants, a supermarket, a shopping center, a catholic church and the transport so close to there. The staff of the hotel was really nice and gave us a good service to get some tours, exchange money, also we had our checkout early and they prepared our breakfast at that time.

Everything was well!

The location is great, well connected. very easy to get vans to the city centre. the area is safe and has got malls, restaurants, etc around. The staff is really kind and helpful at reception and also the lady serving breakfast. the room was spacious, very clean and comfortable.

the security guy at the main building door the night I stayed was not very friendly but no big deal considering the Hotel staff are really nice

The viw from the room was amazing. After a long travel we really enjoyed the water heater and microwave. The room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful. The bathroom was big and clean. It was a really enjoyable stay.

The staff was polite and helpful, they gave us evert facility we needed to be comfort. The breakfast was delicious, specially the fruit juices. About the location, its easy to take transport because is in the center of La Paz.

Sadly we had two problems with the room, the first one was about the TV service, but the staff fix it not in the day but soon as they could. And about the bathroom's tap, we had a little problem with this too and they couldn't fix it.

The staff was very nice and it was very clean. Good central location.

The bed was uncomfortable and because we stayed for four nights it did effect our trip, we had a hard time getting good sleep.

The staff and everything have been great, and the hotel's location is also convenient.

It’s not a big deal, but considering that work commitments start at 8, I think breakfast is served a bit late, it starts at 7:30.
