The location is great, well connected. very easy to get vans to the city centre. the area is safe and has got malls, restaurants, etc around. The staff is really kind and helpful at reception and also the lady serving breakfast. the room was spacious, very clean and comfortable.

The staff was polite and helpful, they gave us evert facility we needed to be comfort. The breakfast was delicious, specially the fruit juices. About the location, its easy to take transport because is in the center of La Paz.

Sadly we had two problems with the room, the first one was about the TV service, but the staff fix it not in the day but soon as they could. And about the bathroom's tap, we had a little problem with this too and they couldn't fix it.

The hotel was modern and very clean. The shared bathroom was cleaned daily and the rooms were to a good standard. The staff were friendly and they let us store our luggage on our final day after checkout.

The hotel is in the Sopocachi neighbourhood which, according to the internet is a safe part of the city for tourists. This was good for cafes and wandering the local streets however it was quite a walk away from the historic centre and at times we didn't feel safe walking back to the hotel. For this reason we alway returned before dark.

The room was clean and comfortable. Although not what I would describe as “Executive”.

The guy on reception when we arrived was strange (possibly drunk). He offered us an open half empty bottle of red wine because he was ‘only going to throw it out’ - this was at 11am.

Big, comfortable space. Perfect for a family.

Some issues with the lights and the floorboards. The breakfast is very poor. Ended up going out for breakfast after the first day.

Taheño elevators

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of area. They didn’t speak much English but they tried to assist with a google translator. I received a early check in because I had a tour going to uyuni flats. That was a plus. I didn’t get to stay long but it’s close to a lot of restaurants and it’s also a safe area. The other reviews said it was noisy but honestly the area is very quite. It’s not on a busy street either.

You only get one towel for your stay. I would pack extra towels and wash rags. This has nothing to do with the hotel but toilet paper is very limited so I would pack that along side baby wipes .
