This hotel was our base while we traveled in other parts of the country. The items that we left behind while traveling were secure. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport numerous times. The cost could be charged to your room. They even packed breakfast for us for early morning flights. We took advantage of their laundry services, which were prompt and well done. They changed money for us and were able to give us some medicine for altitude sickness. We really wanted for nothing. The suite in which we stayed had a great view. It was clean and quiet, except of regular city noises. The location was great. There is a mall nearby. There is a restaurant in the building and a coffee shop. Both were good. The restaurant offered a variety of options for all meals. The food was well made and delicious. We would stay here again!

Nothing! We wish that more hotels were like this one!

We booked the two bedroom suite. The room itself was nice and spacious. The location js good and only a 5 mins walk to a cable car station on the blue line.,

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel by any standard. The staff who checked us in had no smile on his face. No one helped with luggage or anything. There was only one person at the reception. So no greeting and service at all. For a two bedroom apartment, 4 of us stayed there. Only 1 small bottle of water was provided, which was a joke for a ‘5 star’ hotel. The breakfast was very mediocre for a ‘5 star’ hotel. There wasn’t much options at all. On check out, same thing happened, one person at reception, you are pretty much on your own.

Very spacious and cozy room, the windows do a good job isolating the cold and the outside noise, as the hotel is located at a very busy roundabout. The water pressure and temperature were great and the room had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible for a place like La Paz.

As we're talking about a five-star hotel, some things could definitely be better: the breakfast had few options, especially of cakes and sweets. They could offer exclusive transfer services to and from the airport at better rates. The hotel could have a concierge or at least front desk employees who are knowledgeable about the city to give better hints and tips about where to eat certain food, where to buy certain items etc.

-Location is good, mall is close, not only if you cook yourself, but even to get wine, water, exchange money. Close proximity to Mi Teleferico -It's really clean and nice, rooms are warm. -You feel it's not new, but it is well maintained

I would not comment on that, but this hotel claims to be 5*, so as for me it's absolute must for any 5 star hotel -Bath robes missing -Sleepers Missing -Coffee machine in the room is missing -No roast & ground coffee for breakfast -Breakfast options are limited, no egg station, when something is gone, you have to ask three times to get the replacement

The location in Sopocachi was great. It is easy for tours or taxis to pick you up right in front of the hotel. There is a mall with a supermarket on the other side of the round about and there are several great coffee shops and restaurants within two or three blocks. There are two Telerifico lines within six blocks; one going up to El Alto for a scenic tour and the other (Celeste) bringing you to the historic center with the main tourist attractions. The area is very safe during the day and also safe at night. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. They organized a pickup from the El Alto Bus Terminal as well as an airport drop-off for us upon request. The included breakfast provides the standard hotel buffet options, but there are much better coffee shops within a short walking distance, such as Typica Cafe.

Breakfast each morning was fine. The staff was very helpful to me as I fell ill with altitude sickness. Very centralized location and everyone was helpful in explaining the layout of the city.

I was very thirsty and they had to take an additional bottle of water in the middle of the night from the mini-bar, for which I was charged. I thought at least 2 bottles of water could have been provided each day despite not requiring maid service. Also, some of the Chines guests were very rude, speaking on their phones loudly, bumping in to me and gross table manners in the dining room.

I stayed here on two occasions and each time was really impressed by the size and comfort of my room. The location is also excellent - right next to a mall and there's a great cafe beside the lobby. It's close to the centre of town but also nice enough for relaxing/hanging out. The staff were invariably professional and polite.

The wifi was pretty poor - fine for streaming and browsing, but almost impossible for video & voice calls. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant, either - great service but average food. And be aware that it's a pretty long (30 mins+) walk uphill to the centre of town - which would be fine at sea level, but it feels like a marathon when you're still adjusting to the altitude! Traffic noise was also an issue; earplugs are essential.

Located in a nice neighborhood and close to a big mall and other restaurants/bars and cafes. The check-in and out process was easy. There is an option to book with the hotel for a Taxi transfer from the airport, which was great especially when we were all tired from a very long travel time with an arrival time after midnight. The driver will be waiting for you with your name on a sign. The price was very reasonable charging per taxi, not per person. Our room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and closet space was plentiful. Shower pressure and temperature control were great. Breakfast had a good variety of selection, and if you are particular with your coffee, they have a nice coffee shop connected to the front lobby where you can buy your specialty coffee. I also appreciate the fact that their receptionist was bilingual (Spanish/English). All the receptionist we encountered havr been accommodating to our needs. Also, there is a self-service laundry machine in the hotel. At the time of our stay, it was $5 per load with the washer and dryer separately charged. We did see some laundry service within walking distance but this option was convenient and if shared with your group, then it is even more economical. Most importantly, they are equipped with an oxygen tank in case you ever need it for altitude sickness. One of my travel buds needed it the very first day we arrived. It was pretty scary.

Nothing much to note except a bit of traffic noise from the streets across the hotel.

We stayed in a suite which was lovely, so big and spacious, with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, we also had dinner (room service) which was nice however could’ve been a little better and warmer. Staff were friendly and spoke good English which was very helpful!

The bathroom of the suite was by the front door so not close to the bedroom and the shower could have been stronger.

Great location near great cafes, restaurants, and bars in Sopocachi. Friendly and helpful staff. The nightly rate feels a little expensive, but the apartment style rooms are very nice and spacious.

Wifi sometimes didn't work well. The additional services like doing laundry were quite expensive.
