The staff is the best. They were so helpful. I want to mention one special person , but I forgot her name , but she is of African decent. She helped me every which way and was outstanding. The other lady , a Boliviana who worked during the day was so helpful and the one who worked over night. Thank you. The breakfast was great with fruit, fruit juice , eggs , cereal if I like and bread and good coffee. WiFi worked great. Location can’t be better. Close to the main square and 2 blocks from the street where you can take a minibus to the airport for 6 Bs. This hotel offered pick up service on arrival at Santa Cruz airport. The flight was delayed by 30 minutes but getting through immigration took well over 1 hours and 45 minutes because I had to do the visa on arrival and the line to pay was so long. The driver waited for me for 2 plus hours because I had to use the ATM and buy a sandwich at the terminal. One thing worth noting is Santa Cruz airport has WiFi so Uber is an option. I used Uber to to go Guembé Biocentro park which costs around 25 Bs to go there and 35 Bs to come back and it was quite reliable.

The only gripes, are really there is no shower curtain and the shower is right next to the toilet. After shower, the floor is wet. Also, there is no natural light in the room. Both are no big deal and not a show stopper, definitely.

I got a room (in the anex, La Casona) jusrt round the corner, a very nice and newly refurbished room, good bathroom, very quiet - I preferred it to the rooms in the main complex. Could have breakfast earlier to catch a flight. Easy walking distance to main square.

Lovely hotel with great room. I had a room with its own kitchen, big, comfortable and clean. Wifi worked well and the staff were helpful. Aircon was quiet but effective. Great shower. Beds are very comfortable, and its in the city center. I would come back and stay here next time as well. Full score from me!

Comfortable hotel not far from the centre of Santa Cruz. Large room, fairly good wifi, decent breakfast. My room was equipped with a large fridge, a microwave and a sink.

I liked everything about this property. it was all very very good.

The staff was super nice and very helpful (late check in, taxi reservation, etc). The breakfast was delicious (juice, fresh fruits, eggs and toast and more). The apartment was very clean and spacious and the location is great, less than 5 min to the central place.
