The hotel appeared to be well managed with a professional and service minded staff. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated.

This issue would only apply to our stay, but we had maintenance workers all day working outside our terrace so we had no privacy during our weeklong stay.

There was ample space. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, etc. The bed was comfortable.

The shower enclosure was not complete (only a partial glass wall), so when you showered the bathroom floor got wet.

The suite was big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also good. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

The staff were very friendly. There was a nice sized pool that had a lot of hours of sun. The apartment was a good size. There was an elevator so you could get your luggage to the room. The beds were comfortable. The interior of the building itself was quite nice, other apartments looked nicer than the one we rented.

The biggest downfall was the location. It was far away from everything, very difficult to find a restaurant or pub within walking distance, we had to rely on cabs to get groceries or go out for anything. There was nowhere nice to walk nearby. It was beside a very busy street and sitting by the pool was often noisy. We went there over Christmas with our goal to hang by the pool so this was disappointing. Also the pool needed to be cleaned. It wasn't really dirty, it seemed like it had possibly been regularly maintained but there were leaves and a few dead bugs in it and it was really windy one night so a few plastic bags flew in from the street. We requested that it be cleaned, they said they'd try but they never did anything about it. Also the apartment was stocked with the absolute minimum of everything, two forks two knives, two spoons, two cups, etc. Trying to cook anything was a challenge.

The location was good, and the rooms were big.

Half of the lights were not working in the apartment. We checked in 4 people, but there was only cups and plates for 2 persons. The extractor in the kitchen was not connected so all the steam was just collected inside a closet. Breakfast was very basic, and the pool was not available when we ask for it. The expectations for a 5 star hotel was not fulfilled.

Extremely noise at night, there is a construction in front that makes noise all night, there is a restaurant in the first floor and the room smells like food. The breakfast is pretty basic and the internet fails constantly. And the furniture feels old.
