My luggage did not arrive in time. When I asked for a dental kit, they charged me 5$US for toothpaste and brush. Maybe I'm wrong, but I expect a hotel in this class to provide free service if my luggage gets lost. You already have enough problems.

Ths staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and the food is great.

The service at the pool area was disappointing. The breakfast buffet fell short of a 5-star hotel standard with poor quality food and long queues, particularly for eggs which were overcooked. Overall, the breakfast experience was below expectations

The staff is very friendly. The pool is clean and nice. Rooms are clean and comfy.There were wild peacocks and turtles roaming around.

Breakfast was not great (huge line to get scrambled eggs and the omelette was dry). No attention to guests in the pool. I had to go all the way into the dinner room to get someone to take my order by the pool.

Everything. Spacious room, modern bathroom, nice tropical atmosphere (peacocks and a turtle walking around) very friendly staff. We especially liked the poolside restaurant, which had good cocktails, very tasty buffets (brunch on Saturday, grill on Sunday), and works 24h. Spa and pool areas very nice, too. The location is great, very close (walking) to restaurants, malls and only 15min by car to the central square.

The hotel in contrast of other 5star hotels considering the country was beautiful. The garden architecture and setting was beautiful. The restaurant had variety although a bit expensive for the quality of food at the location. American food made for a diner

Front desk staff and rooms service call was horrible. They were borderline discriminating against us. The delay to have service like an iron or ice sent to the room to about an hour each time. The front desk locked us out of our room twice while we were eating breakfast and hung the phone up on me when I explained someone was at the door. The staff seemed more focused on collecting their tip and fees rather than providing good customer service.

It was amazing the staff were awesome. The breakfast was amazing and you’re ever need was looked after by the people who were there couldn’t tell you that I’ve ever been the cleaner place..

The only thing that I didn’t like is I couldn’t stay longer

The staff is so friendly and helpful, Bolivians really take on hospitality. The food was great, both the restaurant and the room service. The joint spaces are well kept and beautiful

Details missed that shouldn’t be missed in a 5 star hotel: no robe, no big towels, the bed was not very comfortable/new. The hair dryer was so old, it didn’t work

I returned to Santa Cruz after a loooong time and we got a nice stay even though it was raining and windy: - The breakfast was outstanding (as I remembered) - The rooms were clean and they were comfy. - We did not have a car, but it was pretty easy to take a cab. - The snacks at Tajibar were different but delicious.

The menu (online) at Tajibar needed to be updated In the description it said the hamburger comes with french fries but when I got it there was not any, I was told the menu needed to be updated but I got my french fries without any extra charge (thanks to the personal).

Comfortable room, great pool area, friendly staff

Bit frugal that only the first night a small bottle of drinking water is free of charge

Everything was perfect , breakfast was complete, excellent location. The rooms were clean always, The staff , from the front desk to the cleaning crew were excellent . Mss. Silvia Castro did an outstanding job for me to feel good.
