The service, facilities and food are all exceptional. Location is great and gives you easy access to an area of the city full of restaurants and shops. The hotel in itself invites you to stay on the grounds and offers plenty of space to conduct business or spend a peaceful afternoon by the pool. Kudos to the staff, always polite, eager to help and offering a "good day/afternoon" with a smile. I have been a guest for many years now (my wedding party was at this hotel) and I am always glad to come back and enjoy the great service this hotel has to offer.

The room shower was defective. A new shower would allow a great start of the day or a relaxing end of day after enduring the city's heat, humidity and strong winds.

Kids loved the pool, with fun slide etc. staff were friendly and helpful, making restaurant reservations and responding to messages quickly. Room was fine and 20m from pool. Room service, breakfast and bar all very good. Walking distance to big shopping mall and taxis on hand of needed. Sauna was very good. Unfortunately had to cancel a second stay at the end of our trip (flight problem) and they handled this very courteously. Would stay here again for sure.

Was quite expensive, and could hear traffic at night, but minor issues.

Staff are absolutely fantastic!! Super comfy bed! Nice pool. Breakfast was nice. Best natural yogurt I’ve had in Bolivia. Nice little gym. Great welcome drink. Allowed me an early check in. Just really nice and relaxing.

Bathroom could have done will a little modernisation. (although at first I think I was put in a newer room but asked to change so I could have a balcony - so my fault on that) The pool loungers were a little sad looking.

Breakfast was great and pool was awesome. There is a really fun water slide that my kids loved. We had a room that opened on the pool and that made it very convenient.

There was a strange smell in our room when we ran the AC. They said that they had recently made repairs and that it was the adhesive from the repairs off gassing. I wish they had ran the AC for night after the repair before putting someone in that room. We couldn't switch to another room and we had to sleep with a fan instead of AC (and it was hot!). I don't think this is a regular occurrence, so I wouldn't let it keep me from staying there again. I just wish they had been more alert to this issue when doing the repairs and taken precautions for their guests. The great pool still made the stay worth it!

Very good pool and spa area. Nice breakfast, but if you are not too late. Generally, everything is clean and comfortable.

Quantity of sunbeds is not enough for all the people. Some of the rooms have direct access to the pool, but others don't. In my opinion should be different price for such options. Room is a little worn out, bathroom isn't big. Not really bad, but not for 5 stars and this price.

Wonderful hotel! The location is amazing, right across from the Ventura Mall with lots of shopping and food options - the hotel itself is so nice! I loved my large room with the balcony, the pool is incredible and I really enjoyed the restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this if you are in Santa Cruz.

Nothing - I loved every part of my stay. It was a lovely break after a lot of traveling. I enjoyed this a lot. This hotel is great. Nothing at all to else to say.

Nobody respect the rules of the pool. The same areas for adults and children are bad solution.

Excellent hotel and fair for what the description says. Very nice outdoor and indoor pool with sauna and all. Breakfast is good, but the variety doesn't change that much every day. The room is spacious with a nice view. Good bed and TV size and all. Executive lunch menu is very fair and good, but not good veggie options...

Room is not that new. The mini-fridge in the room was very noisy so I had to turn it off during the night which made the floor wet. The aircon turned on alone during the night. I booked a more expensive room to have a bath for my son, but it was an old-style bath not worth it. Last day they would prepare breakfast in a box for my early departure to the airport but it was not ready and they did not want to give me anything... Quite unpleasant for the last hotel moment. Still recommend.

Nice hotel, great indoors pool and sauna. The internet is very stable and fast.

The rooms need an update, the ac in the room is very noisy

The pool and swim up bar were a real treat. The staff was kind. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Overall a great experience.

The room needs blackout curtains. It looks like the thick curtains will move but they don't.
