Excellent infrastructure with good amenities. Great room and super spacious. Extremely clean and staff is super friendly and efficient. Did not get time to enjoy the pool on the rooftop but looked super nice. Breakfast buffet was super

Dinner card menu could have been more versatile. The dinner I had was a bit too salty. Water bottles can be complimentary

Staying here was exactly what we needed for our last day and a half in Bolivia. Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious clean room. We loved it. The front desk staff were polite and friendly and bilingual. There are several great restaurants just 2 blocks away.

The room and the bathroom were very nicely prepared, I really liked the details. Also, they offered me their conference room to work more comfortably

Quaint; comfy and you can't beat the price. It is close to restaurants and the like.

Breakfast is plain breads and jellies with the occasional hot dish. I wish the spread was better with healthier options. Staff knowledge; front desk staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable in the surrounding areas. They tried to help but nothing more than what you can do with a Google search yourself. My gripes are specific, but I think they are key to a stay in a new place and location.

It had all of the amenities we needed and a solid breakfast. We only stayed there for one night, but it was a good stay. Comfortable, quiet and yet close to all the best restaurants in Santa Cruz.

The hallway light going off or being off because it's on a timer or it has a sensor. Hard to open my door or close it. A bit scary to walk into a dark hallway.
