Location was great, only 5mins by foot from the main square. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. Good WiFi. Good breakfast. Overall a good place to stay in the city. It also has a nice and popular cafe on the property which made things easier during the holidays.

I think the staff was a bit short staffed during the holidays and it affected the experience a bit. For example the room has a nespresso machine but no pods and no cups. I asked for one because I had an early morning flight and would skip breakfast that day. Staff member said they’d bring it, but they never did. I also understand it was during the holidays and they were quite busy in the restaurant. Water never really got warm in the shower.

Staff attitude is exemplary. Not only did I feel welcome, but all my small requests were swiftly and appropriately addressed. More than that, the hostess (I sadly didn't ask for her name) was there to help with the hints and tips on the city visit. Very knowledgeable, efficient, kind and speaks an excellent English. The room is nicely designed with a window wall to a shower. Bed is comfy. Excellent espresso is included in the breakfast, even the second one. This is very rarely the case. Breakfast is nicely prepared and delicious, but it is not a buffet.

Rooms (my in any case, and as I see it, most of them as well) only have windows to the inner yard, which means people passing by. This affects the privacy, and really forces you to have the curtains shut all the time. Also, you cannot open the window to refresh the air in the room. Technically yes, but in that case your room and everyone inside is exposed. The "pool" is ridiculous both in terms of size and position, and shouldn't be called the pool. It is a fountain.

Location! Modern, nice beds, very clean. The breakfast was tasty continental style and not buffet. The hotel has a nice bistro attached to it which is popular with locals.

Our room had a balcony. The rooms with balconies face a Main Street which is busy especially in the morning and evening with lots of buses and cars. As a result your room becomes noisy. Rooms without balconies are in the back of the hotel and not as noisy. During the night our room was quiet but the noise started in morning around 5am.

The hotel is very nicely designed, with all the comfort. The staff was super friendly and professional. It is located in the middle of the center of the city, walking distance from everything.

The pool area was nice but there was no circulation of air and Santa Cruz climate did not make it a pleasant place to hang out. Also, as a place called cosmopolitan, I was hoping to find a modern outlet with multiple types of holes to accommodate all types of electric jacks. And maybe a usb attachment for your phone.

Really liked this boutique hotel, of which there are few in this area. It's all very new, but very charming and well designed. Breakfast was plenty and staff really friendly and helpful. Will def stay here again when in SC.

Few small details could still be improved on. For example there is a coffee machine in the room, but not actually any coffee or cups. Other thing which is not great is that room goes out to public area so can't have curtains or windows open.

My friend Claire and I had an amazing time at this property. I stayed there for a total of five nights, at the start and at the end of my trip around Bolivia. It is honestly one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. The beautiful decor, attention to detail, fantastic staff and wonderful breakfast made it a true home from home. Thank you everyone for looking after us so well - especially Valeria, who simply could not do enough to look after us.

The room with balcony was spacious, clean, functional, comfortable. Daily cleaning (with change of towels) very thorough. Breakfast was good. Very friendly and efficient staff. I arrived at 5am, they got me a taxi at a fair price, I was able to do an early check-in to sleep a few hours in a room that was not mine before the one I had booked was available. The building is beautiful and is right in the centre, a 3-minute walk from the main square.

The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming. They couldn’t do more to help us. The property is modern, spotlessly clean, silent and has an amazing shower and, in our room, huge free standing bath. The breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve had over our time in South America. It’s centrally located making it easy to walk to the main square or grab a taxi or Uber to a different part of the city

It could be a little awkward to use the pool area as the hotel functions as a cafe/restaurant as well so people who aren’t staying at the hotel will be in for meals or coffee throughout the day. However this wouldn’t stop us returning. It was really just a small thing

Beautiful amenities and room. The service is excellent from the workers. WiFi works perfectly for streaming. Lively cafe in the lobby during the day and evening, and quiet at night.

About a 10 minute walk to the local restaurants, can be cumbersome in the summer with the heat. Only one set of option for the breakfast, would be nice to choose from a list.

A fantastic boutique hotel just a few blocks from the main square. The staff were super friendly and helpful and spoke very good English, which was an unexpected bonus for us. The room was large with a big, very comfortable bed. The walk-in shower was excellent. WiFi worked perfectly for us - streaming was no problem. The breakfast was delicious - the best we have had in six weeks of travelling. We went on a tour to the Jesuit Missions and the hotel were very happy to store our main luggage securely whilst we were away. Would thoroughly recommend this place.
