We were greeted by Sanela with a huge smile and welcome. She provided us with lots of helpful information of where to eat etc. You could tell she had a vested interest in the hotel as well as Mostar. She was fun to interact with whenever we saw her. All the staff were very kind and cheerful. The location couldn’t be much better. Easy walk three minute walk to Old Town. Rooms were very clean. Great parking right in front of the hotel.

Getting to it was a bit tricky. The hotel does send put a map and instructions under messages on Booking.com.

The Room was nice. Breakfast was good. The hotel is close to the centre and highlights of Mostar. The indoor swimmingpool is small but good after a days travel. The pRking next to the hotel and in the centre of the city.

The signpost indicating the route to the hotel could be better. You have to drive through a pedestrian zone to get to the parking of the hotel. It is confusing and not very good indicated by either TomTom or googlemapsThe hotel sent a routedescription by mail, which was a bit helpfull

Centrally located within the old town. There is parking outside but it’s luck of the draw if it’s busy and you need to drive through the town to get to it which is pedestrianised. We were upgraded to a triple room which was ideal with our son, I didn’t note that was an option whilst booking so that was much appreciated. The place smelt amazing and everywhere was clean. Sanela ( sorry if I misspelt) was so warm and welcoming throughout. All the staff were friendly. I liked that it was an alcohol free establishment. It’s an option to have your clothes laundered at a reasonable cost. The decor is a little dated but that’s just aesthetics. The double beds were two beds together and the mattresses separated a little whilst sleeping.

- The hotel is in the center of the town and close to everything. - The staff there were nice and helpful.

- The start time of breakfast was late and the breakfast room was small, so it was very crowded and hard to get food or drink when many guests were showing up at the same time. The staff there had a hard time keeping up with the demand. The variety of foods was smaller too. - Room was large but very basic, and bathroom was small.

Staff extremely helpful and property is really central. Room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was fine and parking available right outside the hotel.

Expensive and we found it very difficult to find, despite the hotel sending udon detailed explanation. There was also a note that no alcohol was allowed in the hotel, even in your room. This was not clear to us at booking time

Our visit in Mostar was great, because Hotel & Spa Villa Meydan was more than we expected. Staff was amazing! One member of the staff especially made our stay perfect. Spa opens normally at 9am, but she made it open for us already at 7am, so we could swim before the breakfast. She also made it possible that we were able to keep our room several hours longer that check-out time was. So good experience. I´ll come back, but I will also recommend the hotel to my friends.

I moved from a hotel in Mostar to stay here and it was the best decision I made. The reception staff are fantastic - made you feel at home and answered any questions I had. The gentleman on reception gave me a fantastic recommendation for eating out and again it was brilliant. They were kind and went above and beyond even when I checked out the female behind reception gave me a chair and allowed me to charge me devices. The room was super clean, A/C fantastic and I had a super good night sleep. Breakfast was good - good choice. The spa looked fabulous. For the price this hotel is a steal, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks to the staff for making my Mostar trip memorable.

1. The hotel manager, Sanela, is very enthusiastic and willing to assist guests with any issues. 2. The location is a bit hard to find, but it’s right next to the pedestrian street, making it easy to take photos of the old bridge early in the morning. 3. Considering the size of the hotel, the breakfast is quite generous. 4. The rooms are very clean.

The hotel is of a great standard, especially the treatment of the reception staff, especially Miss/Mrs. Savela and Nair. The location is close to the tourist street leading to the bridge.

Don't let the state of the surrounding buildings deter you, this place is clean and comfortable and fairly new. Free parking is a plus, and the walk through the UNESCO city streets to Mostar Old Bridge is only 10 minutes or so.

The roads in the old city are difficult to maneuver, and many are closed off to traffic. The route to the hotel was through the pedestrian zone, so be aware that your GPS may tell you to turn down streets that are closed. Don't give up. And remember that coming back out of the area may mean taking a different route. It's best to follow another car or ask directions if you are not sure.
