Breakfast very good and pool with breathtaking view! Staff always kind! We got a room with a wonderful view too

Too many stairs. Though there is a charming elevator, it takes some time to come and go. Saturday night a DJ played extremely loud music at the pool. For those who go for a silent and pleasure stay, this was a completely mess up

Restaurant employees were at the highest level, in all terms. Professional, kind, helpful. Nowhere in Brazil seen smth like that. The views are amazing. The swimming pool area is gorgeous and relaxing. Breakfast - very good. Overall unique, cozy place to stay for 2-3 nights. Recommended for families and kids.

Rooms require some renovation, especially the bathroom. Cleanliness can be better. Receptionists (almost all) do not speak English. Transfer services, shuttle bus, from Rio to the Hotel is a real scam (instead of 3 hours takes almost 6).

Many stairs and if rains, prepare yourself to get wet, there is not much rain protection between the places (hotel room, room, academy, breakfast room, garage, etc)

The hotel is located in the hills above Buzios. We had a magnificent view of the beach from our room. The hotel is built high up, which means that you can enjoy uninterrupted views from the breakfast room and the infinity pool. The positive points of the hotel are mainly the view, the choice of breakfast products and the swimming pool. The areas for improvement concern the comfort of the room. The furniture is old and not necessarily of very good quality. The bathroom is austere. With more recent furniture, it would have been perfect.

Everything was great in this place, breakfast, room, staff, was incredible! It make our anniversary incredible. The most amazing thing was the view from the room. In front of the João Fernandez beach, one of the best beaches in buzios. Definitely we will come back to this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Guests blocking Tables and sinnes at the popular Sundowner Infinity pool. Poolboy cleaning up tower from unused du des would be helpful. Brazilians are as bad as Germans when it vomes to blocking sunchairs with towels. Most staff doesn’t speak english - difficult to articulate yourself

Everything was really nice, we had a big room with a big bathroom overlooking the sea. Double bed was huge and comfortable. This place has one of the most spectacular sunsets I've ever seen. The gym was really good also! Good breakfast and free room service from the restaurant was a big plus!

Breakfast was good, but the other food was only okay quality.

The location is good, the staff are very friendly, the restaurant and bar also very nice, they cook very delicious food, drinks are wonderful, the pool has a beautiful view, the hotel itself is close to the beach and with a beautiful view.

For the two days I stayed the breakfast was the same with minor variations, I think the breakfast need to be improved and could have some bacon, sausages, mince beef, etc, to accommodate some customers….

location excellent. views incredible. Good gym. Pool good length but super narrow, only about 2 meters wide max. Water in pool is cold which is weird as they could warm it easily with a solar panel. Food is very good, always fresh and tasty. Restaurant area very very clean. No flies or mosquitoes anywhere. Service in hotel very good and also staff were excellent. Price for food and drinks very reasonable. Hotel food very good indeed.

Minor defects should be repaired quickly like the sticking door in room 28. Reported but not fixed. It’s only a loose hinge and three screws! Noisey fridge. Dirt on bottom of tiled wall infront of toilet.This is basic stuff. Bed mattress was awful, very soft and uneven. The building has six steep floors with lots of stairs. If you have a hip or leg problem then this isn’t the hotel for you. They installed a lift for floors two to the top. It’s a surface mounted lift and dead slow but it does the job. The lift didn’t work for 4 of my six days stay. Believe me those stairs are a killer. Wi Fi is not very strong so don’t expect a lot from the signal.
