We stayed in a suite with sea view and it had a very nice view with a large terrace and was in very close proximity to the beach. We also appreciated the afternoon snack, which is a nice touch and the honeymoon decoration for us in our room! The Brazilian sparkling wine was delicious!

The breakfast buffet was ok but could be improved in terms of variety of hot food or jams on offer but that’s a taste preference and overall this hotel was a good quality price accommodation.

We loved the location of the resort and the view from the balcony. The staff was helpful and tried their best to communicate in English

The rooms can be upgraded with digital lockers and other amenities. The refrigerator was very old.

The staff could not do a batter job, the bathroom is old , there was a leak on bathroom, we had to switch rooms. Sink clogged.

The is no parking, and it is ad that is parking. It was offered a place to park measuring less than 1,5 m in length... and it was really narrow... it was my first impression there. But the bad experience started trying to access their website... it was offline... google maps an waze could not find the place.... I had no website co confirm the correct address... Well... I was met to park my car almost in the middle of the street and I have a Pajero Full Limited edition... following inscriptions to park by the recepcionist, I stoke the car... Finally, I parked at the street. Nobody told me about any other available parking.... they had a service garage that was offers... simply... unbeliveble. I could not park, I crashes my car instructed by the recepcionists and I still had my reservation... A master suite... The was no light in one of the bed sides, the bathtub stinks... the window fell... it was a complete disaster. The manager wasn’t available until the next morning. I had a discussion. I wanted to have my car fixed once I crash under the orientation of their staff and I wanted my money back, because the hotel was a fiasco in every single detail. I will talk to my credit card and and I ask booking to refund all the money this guys could stolen from Me. I suggest booking make them apologize properly and I strongly suggest to cancel any contract with this ‘hotel’.
