Their personal touch elevated our entire experience, making us feel more like cherished guests than just visitors. The breakfast was nothing short of fabulous—fresh, delicious, and served with such attention to detail that it felt like a curated experience every morning. From tropical fruits to freshly baked goodies, it was the perfect start to each day. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully designed spaces, and a serene atmosphere that captures the magic of Búzios. The most amazing view, very pretty building and friendly people. The owner Thomas and his team (incl Ailin) went out of their way to make your stay comfortable and gave us loads of good recommendations. They don’t have too many rooms in the hotel so they make it feel like a home away from home. Could not recommend this place more if you’re looking to stay somewhere in Buzios.

The perfect end to our 3 week visit to Brazil. View from our room was exceptional, beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, incredibly helpful staff, who treated us like friends, great location.

This hotel was great on all accounts for us. The location is at the top of a hill, so maybe not great if you want to be very close to the centre of Buzios, however Uber and taxis are available to take you wherever you want, so no need to worry.

Everything was perfect! The infinity pool with sea view and magical sunsets, the rich and delicious breakfast, and the spacious room with a balcony facing the ocean – just amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The location is ideal: close to the beach and in a quiet area. I felt like in paradise. Highly recommended!

Great view and very attentive staff. They serve only breakfast but have some salads if you happen to want to have lunch there also. The house is on top of the highest hill in Buzios - which means the view is awesome but getting around walking might not be suitable for everyone. However it is very easy to have a taxi there in 10 minutes after calling.

This hotel has only 5 rooms which makes it feel like you have the whole place to yourself very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful view from the property overlooking Buzios and the ocean. High quality breakfast served everyday was much appreciated. Thank you to our hosts Paula and Thomas who seem to have found the right balance between making themselves discrete and great customer service, communicating with us about restaurants, beaches and activities in the surrounding areas.

Staying at a Boutique Hotel is a charming experience. It is located up in a quiet side of Búzios but still close to most of the beaches and town center. It was built to enjoy the breathtaking view while enjoying a drink at the gorgeous swimming pool. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding . Thomas and Paula are super nice, helpful and friendly.

Not for seniors or special needs. Lots or stairs.

The view is incredible and the hotel is stylish. A very chilled vibe. The staff were amazing and helpful. Ailin made us feel very welcome as did the rest of the staff. The breakfast was something I looked forward to everyday. Can’t recommend enough!

That we didn’t stay longer!

We recently stayed at this amazing place in Buzios and it exceeded all of our expectations. The price was very reasonable and the views were incredible. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. My wife and I, as a joke, tried to find one point of critique on this place but gave up as it was truly perfect. We couldn't be happier with our stay, the location is great, the facilities are top notch, and the hospitality of the hosts is unparalleled. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Buzios.
