The room cleaning a bit hit or miss on busy turn around days and the pool bar service was not always available during the advertised hours

We had an amazing stay at this property. Accomodation was comfortable, clean and the pool area is amazing. Staff was very friendly and accomodating as well. Very good breakfast. Walking distance from Rua das Pedras.

The steps leading to the rooms should be painted in a different color than the stones. It is good to see differences in level up and down there.

very nice location, close to the beach and the tow centre, stone street. The pousada is very clean, cosy, comfortable bed, very nice breakfast. All staff are very friendly, Alex barman very friendly as well. Thanks for everything we enjoyed a lot!

the sunbeds around the pool area there are often dogs staying

at night some drunk people sat by the pool and talked loudly. it was not clear whether they were even guests at the hotel, as anybody could walk up the property. I thought it was a shame no hotel staff or security told them to go away, as it kept us up for a long time.

The breakfast was good, fresh fruits and juices, a wide selection of breads and baked goods, along with the standard scrambled eggs and sausage.

The Bucaneiro is somewhat aged and less than perfect but very good, none the less.

The location was really great, very close to the centre of Buzios with all the restaurants and boutiques at a 5-minute walking distance. The team was also lovely and very helpful !!
