No good pool We did not like that the facility has no pool entities. I also was upset because I asked for a microwave on my first day and never arrived. We asked three times. It is incredibly bad that a huge hotel does not have a microwave in the room. I also asked for a coffee machine and it arrived smelling milk and with residuals inside. I had to run hot water 4 times after washing many times to clean the milk from it.

Aline at the reception was very welcoming and accommodating she greeted me with a smile at 10:40pm I expressed how famished I was and she directed me to the restaurant to put in my order before 11 to have it sent to my room the gentleman taking my order at the restaurant was extremely pleasant and gave me great recommendations for food choices the staff really made my stay for the few hours I was there very relaxing.

the pictures look 10 x better then the property I mean everything was was quaint but the hall ways were run down I’d recommend a fresh coat of paint the room was a bit gloomy then the pictures but it was clean and spacious all in all great deal for the price and location the view not so nice

The rooms were smelling old. Air conditioning was not working in first room and spent lots of time in trying to get me understood and transferred. The room I finally stayed the bathroom was flooded when taking a shower

Location is great. Nice high-floor room. Close to amenities, pharmacies and restaurants open late. Nice beach breeze and close enough to the beach that it can be reached within walking distance. Meireles is a nice neighborhood.

The staff were unfriendly and didn't help with our bags upon arrival. Air conditioning was broken in master suite of our apartment, and maintenance crew did nothing about it. Plumbing is apparently old and hot water did not work simultaneously across two showers.
