Breakfast was exceptional, not only compared to average hotel in Brazil, but for many other countries too! Staff are kind and helpful, attended to many of the requests that I had Room on the 8th floor was decently quiet and the room is practical Generally, I liked most aspects of my stay there, it is a very good option this hotel

I would have liked more of the staff to speak some basic English To be fair, there were 2 ladies at the reception who spoke English, but other than them, you ll need to use a translator Location around the hotel, although convenient and within reach for many of the places you ll want to go, is not somewhere you will want to wander around at night (but OK during the day)

The hotel was perfect for a solo travel. Not to big not to small. Bed, badroom and toilet are clean. Good staff, acceptable breakfast, easy check in and out.

2nd night a new checked in guest gets my room number. So luckily I was in the room, I can told them it should be a wrong room number. The hallway of the 4th floor where my room was, had a unpleasant smell. But the room smell was ok.

Accommodation, comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Offer the recharge water for clients, it’s a good idea!

Wi-Fi doesn’t work very well, very unstable service in many times. Besides, relates the breakfast, should have more regional products and juices. Bacon only Saturday it’s not enough! Could have Açaí for instance!

The water bottle is so expensive , because they put in box … they are saying that is to support the environment . If you believe in this , I don’t know . To me , is only a way to make more money with a good chat . why not put a second option with regular water bottle for the people choose what they want ?? it looks like how doesn’t existed recycling companies that work with those materials. Anyway the Hotel to me is the best cost benefit in Manaus to work trip . Excellent location . they have a agreement with one of the best Gym in the city to those which have free time among their appointments.

Really pleased about the price for value! The price is medium-low for Manaus but the comfort was better than I expected for the price.

The only small detail I did not like was when our room keycard got resetted automatically, the reception staff saw us come in, did not say anything and only after taking the elevator up all the way to the 12th floor we realized our keycard didnt work, making us go down again just because the keycard got resetted for some unknown reason. We wouldve liked at least a heads up. But its really minor.

The location is excellent. Breakfast is good.

There is no instruction to use Wi-Fi and there is n telephone in the room. So I had to go downstairs to the reception to ask how to use. She kindly set up my cellphone for the use of Wi-Fi, but I had to go again for my computer. Minibar was not in my room, so I had to request the change of my room, which was accepted.

The location is excellent, and there is good sound isolation from outside noise.

The breakfast experience was disappointing. There were no food ingredient labels provided, the toaster was dirty, and the selection mainly consisted of white breads. Additionally, some staff members were playing religious songs aloud from their cell phones.

Great location to grab a hot shower and a few hours sleep before heading to airport to grab a middle of night flight. Amazonas shopping centre close to kill some time and have a good meal. Allowed super-early check-in which was so appreciated!

I liked overall the staff, it was clean and the room nice

Maybe just slightly improve the breakfast but by all means it was good. Also my bed sheets were a bit small they were coming off every now and then so maybe adjust that. We talking details tho

Great price, and the quality of the hotel and room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke English. There are plenty of amenities.

The room's bathroom did not feel very private. Also, the top bunk in our bunk bed did not come with a blanket.
