Clean, well situated, and great breakfast

Needed hand towels, and should have had a place to store luggage for more than 1 day

- Clean room, excellent room cleaning service - Great and rich breakfast buffet with local and international dishes - Shower excellent, perfect pressure as well as a good range of temperatures

- Not everything works in the fitness room; the equipment needs maintenance, and the weights are erratic. The stepper and the one (!) weight training device would have to be replaced. A rowing machine and/or a stationary bike would be useful additions, as would a proper fitness mat - Wifi was a bit slow and sometimes a bit unreliable

Basic hotel, which is what i needed for a 1 night stay. Location great, close to the theatre, square and bars. Bonus was the great laundry service around the corner. The laundry was not self service, the ladies there did your laundry for you.

Rooms only come with a sheet and you can ask for a blanket... but too hot for blankets. Would have liked a duvet.

This hotel is really functional for you stance in Manaos. Everything’s work fine, the breakfast is really good and the Internet works perfectly if you’re working remotely. The ubication is perfect because you’re near to the Teatro Amazonas, the center, the main market and the port to get touristic activities.

The restaurant only works in some hours and they don’t have room services.

- good value - lady (with braces) at reception spoke perfect English and was extremely helpful - location was amazing - breakfast was 10/10, especially the papaya and pao de queijo!!!

- the shower curtain(?) smelt a bit but nothing major

location good, The room is clean and everything functions well. WIFI is fast and the bed is comfortable. We just travel back from Amazon so here is the best place for us to relax and it’s only 4min walk from downtown and the theatre!

The card for room doesn’t not work well. So we have to went back to the front and ask for renewal twice.

Great shower and air conditioning. Room was to a pretty good standard. I liked the size of the foyer and easy access to drinks and snacks which could be added to your room bill. Definitely a good idea as the heat outside is intense!

The smell in the room could be a bit better.

Great location in the historic city center of Manaus, just a very short walk to the Amazonas Theatre; very friendly and helpful staff; very clean, spacious and well-equipped room with a powerful air conditioning and a fridge to cool beverages; very good breakfast.

not the best bed/pillows/comfort. and the food items to buy from the hotel were a bit overpriced. but these are only minor complaints

The best location in town, a few steps from the main square & Teatro Amazonas. The breakfast also stood out - way better than the average Ibis offer. Lovely staff.

They don't offer hand towels in the rooms, which is pretty odd.
