Room was very large, plenty of storage for my things. The fridge was a good size and I was happy that there was good air conditioning. The breakfast was also very good and we were able to leave our bags in storage and use the communal area after check out whilst we waited for our flight.

Some of the bathroom fixings kept coming loose and I had to keep putting them back on, there was also some mould in the grout around the tiles. The mattress was alright for a couple of nights but was quite saggy and bouncy so it didn't provide much back support.

Clean hotel with large ensuite rooms in the central area only blocks from the port. Perfect location to catch a boat down the Amazon. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, had good a/c, wifi worked well, bed was comfortable and attached bath with walk in shower. Good value overall.

Located in an area with only a couple coffee shops and restaurants so need to take taxi to get to nicer restaurants. Area tends to be fairly deserted by 7 pm and may not be totally safe to wander about after that time. Does not have coffee machines in the rooms and breakfast, including just coffee, requires paying the full breakfast fee of R$39.

No parking. There is a poorly run independent garage about 3 buildings away, however those guys operate unprofessional. If you pay for a day then they will keep accepting others and chances are when you return the garage is full. It happened on more than one occasions. A

It has everything you would expect from a budget hotel. We hot a big room with comfortable beds. It was very clean. Aircon worked well. The buffet breakfast was spectacular!

The neighbourhood can be a bit sketchy at night. You can buy water and snacks at reception to avoid having to walk outside after dark.

Breakfast was very varied and included excellent local food, fresh fruit and homemade bread, as well as the care and attention of the kitchen staff.

I don't have any complain, we had everything we need it or asked it.

It was clean. Fresh. Safe. The lovely gentlemen that checked us in was very sweet and spoke perfect english which made us feel safe as we arrived at 3am in the morning after 48hrs of travel. Which was also another amazing thing - flexibility with check in time! Bed and pillows VERY comfy and aircon which was a gift.

Check-in late at night was easy. Breakfast was very good. Location is convenienty close to the harbour, municipal market and shops.

Some streets in the area were busy and dirty. The hotel supplied a kettle for the room upon our request - thank you. The pamphlet for food delivery we received at check-in led us to order a disappointing pizza that took 1 hour 45 minutes to deliver!

People of the staff are really nice. Rooms are big. Lots pf shop around the hotel. The small main square is 10 minutes by walk.

Even if the rooms were cleaned there is a problem of mold in the bathrooms. In one room the smell was bad, but with the door closed there is no smell in the room.

Close to the port so easy to catch a ferry down or up the Amazon. The rooms are large, comfortable bed, good A/C, decent wi-fi. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

A bit far from restaurants and coffee houses so normally requires taking an Uber. Breakfast is not included but there is an option to purchase breakfast from the hotel.

If you’re going to the port it’s perfect .also good for shops. The staff were great. The hotel is pretty basic but for the price very good.

We arrived early hours the area was very scary we were extremely nervous . The next morning was ok . Had we arrived during the day maybe would not have felt as bad
