I liked everything about this Hotel. Especially the people who work there. The location is great, it is in the center. So everything is reachable by local bus. Really great experience.

The location is good, internet worked well, bed was comfortable, good aircon. Clean.

Night club music can be heard at the night

I was in hotel only for 4 hours.....clean , good position, excellent and helpfull staff!

Central accomodation. The room was clean but there was no natural light. If it's only for a night or two there is no problem.

There were cockroaches in the room, but the room was actually very clean and I don't think there was anything more the staff could do. There is no natural lighting so it's a bit depressing, but we didn't spend much time in the room.

We only wanted the room for a few hours and it was okay for that, not sure we would have wanted to spend a full night there but it was only £12. Convenient for the opera house and surrounding area

Close to Opera House, restaurants and vegetarian cafe. Laundry service. 1st floor room big nice fridge and air con. Netflix :D

Cockroach in room (made him my friend). No window in room 102 so no natural light. Laundry is charged 3 real per item which is alot.

Nothing at all I could not sleep for a second - the Staff are extremely impolite.

I could not sleep for a second the ceiling spill water on the bed - the night club loud music in the street stayed till 8 am - It was like sleeping in a super night club - The room is very dirty & has cockroaches all over - The window is broken & the rain & noise go inside - Lots of mosquitoes - When I complained the staff was impolite - She told me this is Manaus spreading a bad reputation about this wonderful city - they had other rooms slightly better but they refused to give it to me - When I started complaining she said bye bye as if she is asking me to shut up - She said put 0 on your review on booking.com I do not recommend the place at all. In the area there are much better hotels & cheaper. It is Zero by all means xxx
