I always felt safe at the location. We walked to the grocery store and to the Amazon Shopping Mall. Another shopping mall is attached to the hotel which is good. We used Felipe Transfer ([email protected]) +55 92 8505 0805 not related to the hotel. Felipe had good rates, he was reliable and honest. Small car good for 2 -3 people. We stayed on the 8th floor and the room looked to be renovated. Not as good a view as when we stayed on the 22nd floor but the room on the 22nd floor was older? The breakfast had MANY options. Since I am a very picky eater - don't like beans&rice, ham, cheese, mass produced eggs, ans processed meats. It left me which less options, lots of fruits and cakes and do not miss the cookies in the jar next to the cereal. Those cookies are yummy. We were able to store luggage when we checked out to go on a Amazon River trip and retrieve the luggage when we checked back in after the Trip. That was the reason for two different rooms.

It would have been easier for us to order if we were able to speak and read Portuguese. Ordering dinner at the restaurant was always interesting. We never knew what was coming. Rooms on the 8th floor had plugs next to each bed. Room on the 22nd floor did not.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable and great staff. Check in was online and easy so when we arrived at 1.30 in the morning it was super quick. The hotel is attached to the mall, so there were lots of places to choose to eat in. The hotel restaurant was extremely good too. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of options. Room was massive, modern and clean. View from the room was nice. Aircon great. We had problems with the wifi on the first day (kept disconnecting) but it was fine afterwards. Location was generally safe, we walked around the neighbourhood and felt happy. We walked to the main city centre and looked around, it is bit of a walk but on a large safe main road.

The pool on the rooftop was lovely but it didn't have a bar which would have been nice. We went for a couple of swims, the first time there were only 4 people in the pool but the second time it was full (20+ people). The pool isn't huge so it does sometimes get busy.

Extremely friendly and helpful hotel staff, great location of the hotel, (as in close to the airport, and not to far to town with Uber) Would definitely stay here again.

I did not like that the hotel restaurant used single-use plastic cover on every cutlery on their table setting…. (The restaurant is quite big) It is so unnecessary to have so much plastic for just using cutlery, that it made us feel uncomfortable knowing that all these plastics would end up on a landfill somewhere close to the most important and beautiful place the world: the Amazons! So my recommendation to the hotel is to stop using single plastics covers on the cutlery.. It is not necessary, and just by using a napkin to cover the cutlery, is much more elegant and better for the environment. So please take this feedback to the restaurant!!

We stayed twice at this hotel either side of an Amazon cruise with Lo Peix Jungle Adventures. Not only is it comfortable and convenient, being adjacent to a shopping centre meeting all needs including multiple food options, but the staff were just superb in their eagerness to make us feel welcome and valued. Special thanks to Michelle, reception, and Julius, our ‘go to’ man who seemed to be always there with assistance, advice and a smile. I wish I knew all staff names because all the restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond too in welcoming and caring for us, and housekeeping is absolutely spot on.

There was nothing to dislike

We had a room on the 17th floor and enjoyed the view. The room was a bit dated and the AC was noisy, but the bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the microwave, which not many hotels offer. The restaurant has a decent selection and the food was good. The worst aspect of our stay was the wifi, which was almost unusable. It worked about 25% of the time, otherwise wasn't working at all. It seemed to be better in the lobby, so may be an issue specific to our floor.

Great hotel before or after Amazon cruise. Room was large, clean with a big comfortable bed. It is tired and needs renovating but the staff are lovely, it’s peaceful & the food was extremely good. Good value for money and the shopping mall is next door. I would highly recommend dining at the restaurant on site. After a couple of weeks in Argentina, it was very welcome to eat a delicious meal served by kind waiting staff.

Could be improved with renovation.

Very comfortable rooms, with large bed, power showers, decent WiFi and a small kitchenette. The breakfast was very good; lots of variety and good coffee. The staff were all very friendly. A great place to relax after the jungle.

The swimming pool was full of dead flies when we went to use it and the outside area is tiny. There's literally 5 sunbeds, so it gets full very quickly. The kitchenette would benefit from a kettle and some basic utensils. We had to ask for plates and cutlery; only 2 glasses, a fridge and microwave are provided. Most of the TVs are not smart and so not useful to non Portuguese speaking guests.

The staff were outstanding. They helped us in so many ways, always with a smile. Location, being attached to a shopping mall and close to the airport. Breakfast was very good. Having a small kitchen area with a kettle and cups and saucers was nice. Exceptionally clean. The view from our 17th floor room. The useable but small balcony.

Hotel is in a quiet location with several restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance. You will need to take a taxi/Uber to get to the key sites of Manaus, but they are a short ride away. Staff are excellent - friendly, professional, proactive. Lovely rooftop swimming pool with views over the Puente Rio Negro - nice spot at sunset. Good breakfast.
