The room was big and breakfast very complete.

People at the reception couldn't speak English. The hall of the hotel doesn't have Internet so you have to wait for them to register you in their system and wait until you can connect (and when it's 2am after a long flight, you just want to go to sleep). Breakfast is only until 10am which I think it's too early given so many late flights arriving to the airport (I don't see why not keeping it until 10.30 at least)

Quick, kind, staffed check in for our late night arrival (~1am). Beautiful hotel ~8mins away from the airport. Good sized room with a good breakfast spread. Great for a one night stay as its close to the hotel however its not close to the sights of Manaus. Check-in with lots of airline employees.

The sheets were super thin and felt like tissue paper. There were no blankets. We only stayed one night for about 6 hours so it was fine. If we have stayed longer we wouldve addressed the issue or looked into another accommodations

Location was very convenient for traveling. They upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. I also ordered a pizza for room service and it was yummy. There’s a massage office on the 1st floor and I highly recommend!

Pizza did take a while to come up about 45 mins so order early. Also the outside looks pretty rough but then when you get inside it is lovely, not a big deal but the only thing that could be a negative about this place.

Staff spoke English. Quick and easy check-in. Room service was great because my flight arrived very late.

No complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. They called me a taxi. And I thought it was part of the hotel service. I was surprised when they asked me for 40 brl at the airport. Typically shuttle service to and from the airport is provided with most hotels that are close by. So I found this a little strange. Also it would have been cheaper for me to just use an Uber rather than a taxi.

Hotel is new and hence facilities were good and clean. Surprisingly food was good even compared to other restaurants even more surprisingly since we are vegetarian. Kitchen staff was also good. It is close to airport so it is a Plus when you are going to airports. Ubers are easy to get.

some of the literature said that shuttle to airport is available on request. However, hotel told us that no shuttle is available. Hotel should have corrected that portion. Also, they will go by the book and they have very less flexibility to make exceptions.

Comfortable beds and room.

Nothing to eat for vegans. No plant base milk or vegetables for breakfast, only fruits and cereals but without milk or yogurt.

Nice restaurant, and a decent pool. Clean rooms and room service can be a little slow but overall great spot for my overnight stay when I had an early flight. Was about 5 mins to the airport at midnight. No shuttle, took uber there and asked them to organize a taxi for me at midnight.

Several of the staff spoke English, which made everything easier for me. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Having the restaurant there, open most of the time, was super convenient.

It would be good if they told you at check-in that you have to use your key to activate the elevator.
