The hotel is amazing, the rooms are beautifull with very good bathrooms, the bed wa sooooo good.9 The restaurant downstairs, the rooftop pool with an amazing vieuw! You can have lunch and dinner at the rooftoo, the peope working there, especially Joao Pedro from the rooftop bar! It is a quiet, nice place just outside rio, 5 min walk to the beach of Icarai, with many amazing restaurants! Ideal if you want to get out of rio, but still have the possibility to go sight seeing in the city. Its an amazing safe area, wich can be said about the city of Rio de Janeiro. I loved it here the hotel exceeded all expectations. Note: the pool is heated during the evening! I havent had any other hotel in brazil doing that so an extra bonus

I enjoyed the view from my room. I also enjoyed the rooftop space. The minibar was also well stocked.

Check in took longer than expected seeing that you reserve and input all the information ahead of time. I wasn’t able to fully understand the reception attendant because of a language barrier. I should have just waited for the employee who spoke English more clearly. The room service food wasn’t good. I would skip. They charge for a bucket of ice which is normally complimentary at most hotels. I wish they offered irons in the rooms instead of via a service. Some thing’s need to be quickly groomed on the spot. Having to prearrange proved to be quite inconvenient. Lastly, although the breakfast buffet was large and had a good variety, it wasn’t well looked after. Things finished and they left it there. Overall I expected more from a 4 star hotel.

Outstanding views across the bay. Cleanliness of the rooms. Location to beach and central Niteroi, Very polite and helpfull staff. Large supermarket next door was very useful for beers and snacks. Buffet Evening Meal.

Would have preferred a bar in the hotel rather than a "lobby bar" Room TV was very difficult to tune for English Speaking programmes. More variety for cooked breakfast.

The outstanding service and superb communication. Every time I reached out, they always got back to me in a timely manner with a satisfying answer. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast came with a great variety and speedy refills. We especially love the rooftop pool and the stunning view. It's walking distance to the art museum, supermarket next door, and the beach right across the road. It's not in Rio but it's very easy and quick by Uber.

If I have to be picky, the elevator sometimes takes longer to arrive.

Everything about the hotel stay was excellent, great room with a fabulous view. Breakfast was superb with a great choice. Staff friendly and helpful.

Only things we didn't like were bathroom washbasin, a big faucet almost covering the whole basin difficult to to wash your face. Also the poor selection of TV channels we stayed for 8 nights and sometimes would have liked to watch some TV

The hotel and staff were amazing, an it was super clean an friendly. The area felt safe and the breakfast was really good. It was nice to be away from the loudness of rio at night but we found that we could also take the ferry over which was often faster than a car. The view was incredible and anything we asked for they brought to the room straight away. The room was big enough and always cleaned when we returned from breakfast!

At weekends it was alot busier and louder. But we only heard it when a wedding happened at the hotel and the kids took over the gym when people were trying to use it. Also the area the hotel is located is a good 30 minute drive from Rio but if the bridge is busy you will be around an hour.

Great staff and high quality services. The view is outstanding and will be the highlight of our trip. The restaurant was very good even we were on diet. It takes about 30 minutes from Copacabana by UBER, however it is a relaxing and calm place, therefore I preferred....It is highly recommended.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely blown away by the stunning view from the top floor. It was truly breathtaking and made my stay all the more enjoyable. The breakfast selection of food was also fantastic - I was impressed by the variety and quality of the options available. However, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the outstanding infinity pool. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the check-in process to be a bit tedious and frustrating. There were too many bureaucratic procedures, including filling out multiple forms and answering numerous questions, despite having completed some of this information online through booking.com. Additionally, there was too much emphasis on discussing room types and prices, which I found redundant as I had already made my choices during the booking process. Overall, I would recommend that the hotel streamline its check-in procedures to provide a more efficient and hassle-free experience for guests.

The staff was fantastic very friendly. Nice restaurant with good choices.

The gym was outdated. No coffee machines in the room. The food could use more flavor. The pool hours were short, earlier operations would be nicer.

I was contacted prior to my arrival by the hotel with the request to fill out an authorisation form. I couldnt print anything because I was on travels, but after some communication back and forth, I asked to clarify things on arrival. On arrival it wasnt a Problem at all, they even upgraded me.
