Great breakfast, Brazilianstyle, fresh and lots of variety, eggs, meat, fruits, hot and cold beverages. Quite filling for me. Staff was very accommodating. The ladies in the restaurant were very kind and helpful. (especially when I requested boiled eggs) which wasn't on the menu I believe. Shopping center across the street.

I had 2 twin beds in my room. I thought I booked for a double bed. The small bed kept moving during the night with my movements. This is a bed for a child; not an adult in a hotel, and for the price I paid.

Nice location. I used the hotel before leaving Rio de Janeiro from the Galeao airport. The staff was very friendly, and there were no problems communicating in English. The view from the windows on the higher floors was also lovely. I was immersed in memories about my trip to Brazil as I looked at the cityscape of Rio in the distance.

There is nothing to complain about! The only thing to note is that the highway entrance to Galeao Airport is opposite the runway, so please allow yourself plenty of time to get there.

The staff was amazing since check in on a late flight. At check out they went above and beyond my expectations. I left my bags in storage to move around town for a few hours. They were amazing...I didn't know if the area was safe, but it was...I walked with my daughter in the afternoon and grabbed a bite to eat..I would recommend it.

Proximity to airport was good. Allowed for early check-in. Included breakfast was great.

Restaurant staff in Hotel Restaurant seemed completely overwhelmed with evening crowd, bad service. (not sure how much the hotel is involved with restaurant, therefor not accounted for in rating)

I really liked the staff and the room was great. I think it lacks toiletries for the price point. Breakfasts was great! It is further to the airport than I thought so it requires me to leave extra early during peak hours, because you need to take a return in the highway that gets jammed during peak hours.

Everything was great. The only thing I would mention-not negative but just for the fellow travelers to be aware- is that we mainly booked it to be close to the airport but the traffic towards there was out of this world. Make sure you have adequate time to reach the airport.

Good value for money, stayed here with my Wife while visiting Family in Caxias but would be a handy location for the airport. Nice restaurant, friendly and helpfull staff, no complaints at all.

its in a safe secured area. quick access to both sides of the expressway. free parking with security personnel at the gate. very clean all around. walking distance McDonalds. gas station right by the hotel for a quick refill and go about your business

i did not like that there is power outlet in only one side of the queen bed.

Comfortable and spacious room AC is really good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast.

It was a bit difficult to connect at first to the Wi-Fi. The room didn't have the towels to all guests. Needed to provide do much information during check-in
