We liked the location, the staff's attitude and friendliness, and the buffet breakfast.

The beds are tiny–the reservation read "twin" beds, but they were bunk-bed sized–, the shower door was see-through and facing the room directly, so we had to hang a blanket covering the shower door for privacy, and the actual toilet room had poor ventilation, which is uncomfortable and awkward when sharing the room with adult friends.

Convenient next to a big shopping mall. Close-ish to the airport for an uber ride - only stayed part of a night between flights so can't speak to the hotel as a whole.

The check in system is terrible. You have to scan a qr code to 'get in line' but the process is not clear at all. People were confused, pushed in (accidentally), people got frustrated, and there was only one staff member on - when I arrived there were about 6 other groups also arriving so it was slow and painful

Checking in was so easy and breakfast was enjoyable. The location is tops. You can take a visit to the Mall and buy anything you may need. There’s also a Super market within the same area.

The rooms are without a refrigerator. Do not plan to bring leftovers from dinner to your room and keep it fresh for the next day.

The location is very good if you are going to Rio and don't need to stay near the beach. It is inside a shopping mall, which is safe and has many options for food, shopping, etc...

I had to check-in twice, once online and again at the reception. I didn't understand the purpose of the online check-in if I had to do it all again when I arrived.

The breakfast was good. Lots of options. We stayed only one night, and left the other day for Buzios. We chose it because it was near the airport, and it had a really good relation between price and quality. It is a budget option, perfect for what we needed.

The breakfast is good, allthough limited for vegetarians ( Most of the hotels in Brazilië.) The Nova America mall.

Hotel is nice and convenient next to a mall and rooms are very clean and comfy Good value for money Breakfast is a 10!

Location is convenient if you have a flight but is far from all Rio attractions

The hotel location is the best, close to the metro and inside mall, which is very helpful. All the staff very kind and help in everything we need. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. I went in carnival time was a lot people but it was organize a bit line for serving breakfasts.

Our room had electric problem, we couldn't charge phone, but when we said staff they change us the room

Breakfast is great, prices are affordable, facilities and location are excellent.

We went to the beach almost every day and the sand from our beach clothes eventually were spread on the floor and not always have been cleaned properly. This can get better.

That it was clean and really comfortable. It had everything you could need in a hotel

Maybe that they didn’t have a dryer but i liked it all to be honest
