The location was wonderful, the shopping mall was beautiful and had a lot of ammenities and options for stores and restaurants. It was also really easy to get an Uber from and to the hotel, along with the access to a supermarket wallking distance.

The personnel of the hotel didn't make an effort for non portuguese speakers. We asked for the option to either get assistance in spanish or english, and the clerk just spoke portuguese and didn't reallly make an effort with the pace for us to understanding better. Good thing that most of the information I needed was on the posters and flyers throughout the hotel.

It is situated inside of a shopping center which is connected to the subway so location was excellent. Staff was friendly but not willing to go the extra mile. I needed an early check in and they didn't help with that but they were friendly. Room was clean and very quiet.

Phone in the room had no directions on how to call the front desk. Staff didn't help me to get an early check in. Hotel was not full so I had the impression that they could help me but didn't want to go the extra mile. Price was OK but expected more comfort in the room considering the price. Just one small soap in the bathroom. Very basic. When I checked in they asked me how many people in my party for breakfast and the next day my name was not on the list.

I stayed in a wheelchair accessible room, also the shower was accessible. There was a small slope (10 cm) from the room to the bathroom but it was not a problem for me. Breakfast was OK. The shopping center and metro are close (you don't need an umbrella to reach them even if it rains).

In the middle of the first night there was some noise, obviously from the hotel's ventilation system that lasted for about an hour.

It was very close to the airport for my early flight. This was the main reason why I chose this hotel for the end of my vacation in Rio. I loved that I had the shopping mall right in front of the hotel with late night entertainment.

I was worried about it's surrounding at night. Therefore, at this time of the day, I mostly uses the hotel and shopping mall facilities.

We used this hotel as a night stop over in Rio as fairly near the airport. It did the job.

We were due to arrive at 1am, and whilst collecting our bags as midnight in the airport we received an email telling us that the rooms had been cancelled. Apparently these were 'automated' and the rooms were fine, however it was not a great email to get.

Great location with a view across the surrounding area. Although the room was small, my family just needed a gap filler room while we were waiting for flights and transferring around Rio. Great to have the mall across the road to walk around and get food from.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. I appreciated that there was always someone around who spoke English. Special mention to Nico who went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and was there to help me two times with hotel wifi issues. Breakfast was superb!

Had difficulty with the wifi. kept disconnecting and I could not use it while sitting at the desk in the hotel room - only while sitting on the bed.

Staff so friendly, kind and helpful. Comfortable, great view, room clean and the shampoo and soap smelling so good. Everything was awesome, except the breakfast. Just the coffee, coffee is sooo good.

Breakfast could be better, have great options, but not tasting great. Milk was bit sour, orange juice is not from fruit..

The staff was pleasant, offered free food for breakfast, nice location and nice beds.

The bathroom had an odor. Not sure if disinfectant can resolve it or is a water issue. Very consistent with hotels in Rio.

Reasonable price for what you get staff was super friendly and the bartender was really cool. Overall I'd rate it between a 7/8 but for the money it was ok.

Don't expect them to clean the rooms and change the linens, you'll have to do it yourself, if you don't put the garbage upfront they won't take it Other than that the mall is right next door with plenty of options for dinner and drinks
