The main areas of the hotel are new and well kept. The room is pretty decent and the bed comfortable. House keeping and desk staff were very helpful and attentive when needed. I could look out my window and see Christo in the distance, the sun in the morning and the moon at night.

I had a small crack in my window and some glass was missing. It was small enough to jot be a problem to complain about but it was big enough to let in pesky mosquitoes.

Everything in order, as in a normal hotel. A special mention for the breakfast, which was well above average. Many options to eat and drink, both brazilian and international. Reception and common areas are well decorated and maintained.

Air conditioning is old and noisy. But it works great. No power outlets near the bed.

Everything was good. My room had a sauna, which I liked, even though I didn’t have time to use it. The location was great for what I needed (I had to take an exam at a specific place). The staff was kind. The breakfast was good.

Clean and organized. Polite and discreet employees.

Unsatisfying room service. Also poor selection of food and drinks on the menu card. Only snacks and soft drinks...lol

Location was good. I would like to see at least one shopping mall in the area. Also, since the hotel do not provide laundry service we could not even find that service in the area.

breakfast is excellent. however, Chef Cooker should introduce diversification. We had the hall week scrambled eggs + sausages (no change att all)

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean with good air condition. very nice breakfast with fruits, juices, eggs and nice breads. there is a supermarket nearby.

The location is not the best, not many things to do around, most of the things are around 15 minutes drive (copacabana, ipanema etc)

The breakfast sufficient and met my expectations. The location is good. Near super markets, bank, health facility and police post.

The neighborhood is not so high class

Breakfast was very very good. A lot of options!! Personnel was very very responsible, kind and helpful with everything we needed.

I wish they could have a water dispenser for guests due the high temperatures. It's very easy to get dehydrate.
