breakfast was great! the staff was always nice and asked if we wanted to eat anything else before removing the buffet. the receptionists were also very kind and helpful, they had patience with my broken portuguese and solved every issue we encountered immediately. everything was clean and comfortable

maybe the air and internet. the ac was a bit outdated, but i must admit it did get the job done. the external bathroom is basically in front of your room and it’s private, if anyone’s wondering.

The hotel experience was great.

We had our car parked in the adjacent parking deck for 5 nights. Be very careful parking your car. Our car was damaged due to their negligence and the owner tried to put the blame on us. The car park has a most no security and they leave the keys on the front windshield, accessible to anyone who enters the garage. Poorly run and not a secure place. We Waited 6 hours to resolve the problem and they didn’t compensate us for the cost it takes to fix the damage. Very shady

Lots of amenities either in the hotel or nearby. Clean pool in the hotel, lots of good nearby bars and restaurants, a lavanderia nearby. Intense water pressure in the shower. Big room for the price.

A bit noisy if you get a street facing room, though it does quiet down a lot at night. Elevator doesn't go down to the ground floor, so there is some hauling of luggage (the staff is clearly eager to help) up two flights of stairs to get to the elevator. Not particularly close to the metro or to the Sambodromo, which matters at some times of the year and not so much at others.

The hotel is located in a very busy area downtown Rio, so I was positively surprised that the room was actually very quiet at night (my room faced inwards, so I'm not sure about others that face the street). The bed was confortable. Breakfast was complete but not high quality ingredients, which is expected for the price. Internet worked very well.

Room is small, which is ok for the price. But it had a weird smell, I had to keep the window open during the day. Also, it was not very clean. There was other people's hair around the floor.

This is a very comfortable hotel, we loved the location, the excellent breakfast, the swimming pool and the lovely staff, who did their best to help and to get us a smooth stay. We met very nice people who work there, sadly I don't remember all the names, but Thiago is a very lovely guy!

We had several stays and tried different rooms. Some of them can be noisy (on the street side or the upper floor where you can hear the elevator).

Very clean, staff is very warm and very helpful, the hotel itself is very comfortable. Location is easy access to main areas like Flamengo beach. The night shift young man is so attentive and helpful . The day shift ladies are awesome Sure

The tv channels are terrible . Not only there are no Chanel’s but the signal is bad . That’s a shame

Amazing location in the city center. Near bus stations. Near supermarkets and pharmacies. Staff is friendly and will help you in anything you need. The interiors are nice and the rooms are super comfortable. AC, desk and closet.

The housekeeping staff was ok, they could have done a better job sweeping the bathroom. But this was not an issue for us to keep enjoying our stay.

Clean room excellent shower and efficient aircon. Breakfast pretty good and served till 11am. Priced well at about £60 for a solid 3 star. Lapa is not the most chic of Rio's barrios but I loved it. Walkable to the Metro in 15 minutes. Got late checkout till 6pm for about £15.

Cleaning is great, breakfast was reasonable and location very practical although not very near the subway station. I would still recommend, though, specially for those who would like to party at Lapa area.

I stayed in a room where the windows weren't very big and it didn't get much of natural light, then a bit dark.

Breakfast was good and the service also. It is a good option if you want to stay in the center.

It was noisy sometimes…I chose the hotel because it was New Year’s Eve and there were few options. If you want to stay at the beach, it is far away. Far away also from the metro, but there is Uber
