The staff on reception were incredible and very helpful. English is not easy to come by in Rio however the reception staff imparticular are female friend who was incredible with her favourite couple 🫶 There was an English speaking person on 24h which for us was super helpful. Location is superb. Breakfast is plentiful for the day

Comfort room, big shower, good airconditioner, breakfast was good.

On the website they said that wifi is in the room but it isn't. Only in the reception and the area where breakfast is served.

This is my 2nd trip staying at the hotel and I absolutely love it here. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The rooms are large and clean. My room 502 had an good view of the city and strong A/C. TV was nice and easy to use, perfect for watching the news or a late night movie. The mini fridge is quite large and kept food and drinks ice cold. The breakfast in the morning was also great, like a small restaurant with a variety of hot food, juices, coffee and fruit. Bathroom was also very large, good showers with good water pressure. Security here was excellent, never had any worries of theft or danger. The best part is the Location! Lapa is a busy area with a great night life. Within 5 minute walk there is a supermarket, drugstore and many restaurants and bars. Centro Rio is very close to walk and has many shops including the Santa Teresa Tram, The Cathedral. Walking distance to Gloria, Flamengo Park and eventually Botafogo. If you are ambitious you can walk to Copacabana or a short Uber Ride.

The only complaint was the WiFi was non existent there. As a traveler from a different country, I need internet for communication but the Hotel Wifi on both trips was down. There was a better connection in the lobby but nothing in the room.

I have been to the hotel a number of times and am positive and happy about everything - only very negative thing is that the wifi is terrible.

The wifi!!!!! Very frustrating that it works so badly. Would love to return to the hotel for all other reasons, but the wifi is too bad

Breakfast was fine, but the toaster was sooo slow. The rooms are clean and the shower temperature is good. You can always put a sign on your door and someone will fix your room

No complaints - all though:The staff at breakfast are all over, and run so fast to make everything perfect, but it becomes very hectic, and annoying actually. They are stressing too much I think.

Excellent location, The staff was very supportive. Love the view from the room. Ice cold A/C and prices are very good. The breakfast was also delicious everyday. This was my second time visiting Rio de Janeiro and this is my favorite hotel

The WiFi didn't work, since I'm traveling abroad it is important for Translation, Maps. I used Google FI for my cellphone so my data worked and no problem.

Great location and price, if you do not expect any view: most rooms looking inside small yards, and you also hear your neighbours. But excellent value for money.

everything was very good (breakfast, room space, beds, shower, cleanness, location, staff). The location is very close to airport, restaurants and center of Rio. Breakfast was diverse.

WIFI was not good.

The breakfast was quite nice - good selection and the staff was very helpful and polite. Helped me bring back my phone when I lost it. The location was good. Had all of Lapa close to you. Room cleaned every day
