The room size was great and the beds very comfortable. Pool area was lovely. I have seen reviews saying the area is not safe however as 3 women wandering around I would completely disagree with this at no point did we ever feel unsafe and most people said good evening to us as we walked around.

A lack of hooks in the bathroom (impacted by some not properly in the wall and therefore unusable) A mirror in the desk area would have been useful. Breakfast was not what was expected from the pictures available however it was adequate. A little more variation would massively improve the experience. The area is a little run down and there are homeless people around however how you feel around this would all be dependent on your location at home. This did not impact us much at all.

Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast is normal but enough. Security guards advised hotel clients to stay inside the hotel lobby when using cellular phones because outside the hotel on the street was not safe where there are homeless people wondering around. Saturday market is nearby. No shower gel or body wash shampoo provided. No kettle in the room and no drinking water provided.

What a find. Great location (for us), just a short walk to lapa or santa teresa if needed. Good size room with everything we needed and plenty of choice for breakfast.. Super helpful, friendly staff. The doorman made it feel like we were returning home when we had been out for the day. That's a skill.

I would like to see the mini-bar prices displayed in the room but that's just a recommendation for my own benefit

We loved the roof top pool and pool bar area, was so nice to be able to relax there after a long day sightseeing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and made our family feel really welcome... a small hotel feel in a city centre location!

The location was a bit rough round the edges, but it was really central and was so cheap and easy to grab a cab to get us to the places we wanted to go

Very friendly and helpful staff who allowed me to leave my bags in the hotel early in the morning before check-in. Nice, comfortable room, great pool bar. Location okay, at least in daytime.

The room names are a little exaggerated (the room matched the photos, but I would expect sth different based on the name alone). The wifi connection was extremely poor.

Friendly staff. The breakfast was ok, not great but the staff were very willing to accommodate requests and refresh items.

More pillows and extra covers on the mattresses would be good. Water flow in shower was not great, and the taps sprayed all over the bathroom, which was annoying.

The rooftop pool was great benefit for the children. The hotel staff were very accommodating.

Our room was on the 7th floor. The lift goes as far as the 6th floor and we needed to climb stairs to the 7th floor.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Very useful the mini-bar. Good options for breakfast. Big space for eating the breakfast.

There were some tiny insects in the bathroom and one day it appeared also a centipede. I would pay attention to these things.

Great hotel 🙏💋 Great services ☺️👍 Great roof top. ,✨🏝️ But the best is Tiago, one of the reception guys who organized everything for us perfectly. I came during the carnaval period unprepared and had best time among all the trips I've done in my life. And all this thanks to Thiago.
