Don’t agree with the extra charge for visits. My colleague came to stay just for a few hrs with me and I had to pay 80 reais for that? Don’t understand why if no one used anything from the hotel and neither stayed overnight. I find it absurd as I’m paying for a room for 2 people and I’m the only guest staying in the room overnight. Plus we consumed together stuff from the frigobar, it’s always a win for the hotel. No need for 80 reais to be charged. What does it gong to change ? Really, found it really uncomfortable, not the price, but the charge…why?

Liked the view from the window and the rooftop view. Was pretty nice room. Good rich breakfast. Location was okay, pretty safe as it's located on the side of the road. It will be OK if you ganna be using Uber and not walking around at all. (Basically as everywhere in brasil). They also did extra protection during the carnival and didn't allow some strangers to walk in.

That water in the pool was cold and also can't swim in the evening.

This was the best hotel I have stayed in a long time. Everything worked, from a practical point of view. From the comfort and beauty also, you expect that in Rio, but especially in Rio, this is an execeptionally fine 3-4 star hotel. Restaurant, lifts, plugs, shower, bed, lights, staff, everything worked. This is an exception in Rio and in Brasil.

Room was very nice, comfortable and clean, the maids cleaned the room everyday and were very helpful. Staff were fantastic and very hospitable. Rooftop pool is very nice and Andre constantly was cleaning and keeping up maintenance in every area. All staff very friendly and nice and eager to sort anything out for you. Got a late checkout for a great rate which was very appreciated.

Wifi wasn’t great but staff did everything to resolve this. Great stay for a couple of nights, area not the best but Uber is easily ordered and cheap to anywhere you need to go so no problems with this.

Loved how the staff tried to solve any of the problems we might face. They tried to always pleased me and make my life easier. I needed to checkout earlier and they made it possible, even refunding for the rest of the stay that I had already paid.

Mainly three things: 1. Location - didn't feel safe to go run around the building 2. Gym - certain equipment wasn't working although it looked easy to repair 3. Deliveries couldn't be delivered in the room or received by anyone from staff in the reception. I had to go to the reception to receive from the delivery person at the exact time anything arrived. Since I had to eat everyday food from delivery, it was a pain to always have to go down exactly at the time the delivery got to the hotel.

The beds were so comfortable, the breakfast delicious and the views pretty good.

Wifi was terrible. It did not work during the whole staying. If you plan on work from here, I would recommend you to choose another hotel, if that's not your priority, then the hotel is super good.

Friendly staff, accommodating to requests for coming in a bit early and good lobby store, rooms clean and great wifi, great food all in buffet with great options, great value

Near some dangerous neighborhoods and not a great location - needed a ride to get anywhere. Many drivers did not know where it was. Hotel is a bit hidden in an office building and not immediately clear how to get to lobby. Floor level staff had difficulty explaining how to get to lobby due to language barrier. Some issue with US credit cards.

The location is good if you have to use the bus station. Otherwise it's better to choose another area, as after the sunset you don't feel well in this surrounding. On the bus station there is good restaurant Giraffa. The room was ok, the breakfast was nothing fancy, but you can find sth for you. It's not possible to book a room for several hours only with a discount nor leave the luggage two days after check-out.

After check-out they send promotional offers for next trip via booking and independently.

It’s a good hotel. The staff are friendly. The room was quite big and cosy

When you arrive there is not much information about the front desk area. You have to go to the 4th foot to do it. There is not much options on room service menu.

Location is great because it is in a “cleaner” area and easy in and out. It is bit remote from center but $3 Uber will take you there. Staff not all friendly and welcoming. But in overall, great place and hotel to stay.

Check In was not the most friendly experience.
