Where do I start! I usually don’t do reviews but I was so over the top happy with my stay at this pousada. Charming, clean and location could not be any better. Close to the piers, church, historic village. The breakfast was so intimate and beautiful. I loved all the dainty dishes and tea cups. Food was home made from the kitchen and the best baked home made bread I ever had. Delicious. Best part for me was I met friends with the staff. So sweet and attentive. I woke up early (im an early bird and the staff made me coffee early) Marineth (staff member) was especially fun! We took selfies together and now we are friends on social media. Just lovely all around this beautiful special pousada. I will miss you all

We fell in love with the Pousada, everything was perfect. The property is a gem, there is great attention to detail and every corner is decorated with art, love and good taste. Delicious breakfast and excellent service. A big thank you to Maria, Marineth, Kecinha, Angelica and Angela for taking such good care of us. Marineth's caipirinha is the best we had in Brazil!

Everything! It is like an exhibition of pieces of art. The creator is Maria, the owner of the facility. The friendliness of staff was superb. Very clean in a great location. The breakfast in a romantic environment. All very very well taken care of. Superb place. It's highly recommended.

The only small issue was the location of the toilet where you had to stay low, as the flat was in a sofita.

Perfect location considering they do not have parking facilities but you can park the car near by. Delicious breakfast, and they also provide cake and coffee in the afternoons. Friendly owner and staff. Awsome what was done to adapt the building.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This pousada was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. The property itself was beautiful. The owner is an artist, which shows in the incredible décor. We chose an upgraded room on the first floor which had an amazing balcony, comfortable bed, and powerful shower and air conditioning. (We had been advised that the rooms on the top floor are not ideal for tall people because of the low ceiling). The staff were all VERY friendly and welcoming and provided an exceptional service. They remembered where we liked to sit for breakfast, went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and were on hand to help 24/7. The owner speaks English, and the staff speak Portuguese. The whole team do their best to overcome any language barriers. The breakfast was delicious, all freshly cooked, with such care and attention. The location was also perfect. 5 minute walk to the main square, and on the side of the bus station. I wish we could have stayed here longer.

Honestly everything was perfect

Place is stunning, full of art, and the staff is very friendly. Right in the historical center of Paraty, which is great to walk around and explore and/or shop. While one of the rooms was a bit small, but had a huge long sized bed, the other had a regular couple's bed and was very large. Breakfast was very good, with what was probably the best apple crepe I've ever had.

There was a small issue with ants in one of the rooms, but was quickly resolved upon our arrival.

The room was unusually charming, all wooden-panelled and with a lovely view. And it was immaculately clean. All the spaces in the guest house were beautifully decorated.

The absence of a proper reading light. There was no bedside light that would allow reading, which was indeed a pity.

A magical place to stay - a step back in time surrounded by beautiful artwork and a glorious little pool to refresh in with a caipirinha. Friendly, helpful team and a fresh, delicious breakfast too.

Amazing Pousada, Hotel and place ! We loved everything there ! The staff was amazing, the Owners and Maria Cruz were amazingly nice. The place is beautiful and well decorated, in the center of the Old Town of Paraty. Marinette did the best caipirinhas of Paraty ! :) The rooms were nice, and the little pool was so chill. The breakfasts were amazing. Perfect place to rest and enjoy Paraty !

A beautiful hotel and really kind and informative hosts who can’t do more to help you and make you feel welcome. The breakfast is excellent, comfortable beds and the location is perfect. A truly wonderful hotel and would highly recommend this to anyone.
