This hotel has THE best shower I've ever seen in a hotel anywhere. It's really amazing. Breakfast was really good (didn't try lunch/dinner though). Nice parking with automatic gates, and the staff can park for you if you prefer. About location: if you're looking for a typical tourist hotel with a view, where you can safely walk to the beach and meet other tourists and locals jogging, biking, etc, this is not your hotel. I gave high marks for location because I was not looking for a beachfront hotel, and Caldinho do Nenem is a 3-minute walk, which almost justifies the stay by itself -- it's a wonderful experience. For any other things, I had a car ;)

The AC is a little too cold, I could not find a setting that would let us sleep comfortably without using a blanket, which was a little odd considering we were in February. Other than this minor nuisance, I really liked my stay.

The hotel is new, very clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms. The pool is nice and clean, with plenty of natural light and a comfortable outdoor feel. The sauna was a pleasant feature that I enjoyed using one day.

The location relies entirely on the shopping mall for infrastructure, which limits options for going to the beach or exploring. The breakfast was disappointing, with a lack of healthy options and poor execution of omelets and tapioca by the staff. The scrambled eggs were overly buttery and hard to eat. The gym is very small and uninspiring, and there’s no view to enjoy from the rooms, as the surroundings are industrial and unattractive.

Excellent hotel. Everything was really good honestly. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. The room was nice with a small fridge and security lock. Marvelous shower, I really loved the shower, big wide spread. There is big shopping center a couple of blocks away which comes in handy. High quality buffet breakfast with tons of options. I would recommend a rental to stay at this hotel though since there aren't any a other atractions close by.

Not much. Maybe the bathroom faucet, it would spray all over me if not careful. Also the parking code bar system was not working well. But I'm talking about very small details.

Comfortable hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Excellent wifi, comfortable beds, great shower. Restaurant on site serving breakfast and dinner. Breakfast offered a varied selection of decent quality. Small gym and outdoor pool with a small seating area with 6 or so loungers and tables.

Nothing to complain about we loved the day there. The people are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is good, the room nice. Really nice experience for us. Another time before we had a problem with the car and we got great help

All good. Just the shower was not perfect clean. But that was a tiny thing. In general we liked the place a lot

Good location, close to Rio Mar mall, also near to Boa Viagem and Olinda neighborhood. Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast.

The price of water seems excessive.

Large rooms, kind staff, good breakfast. We were on the 12th floor, with a beautiful view to the mangrove and sea. We didn't walk around the hotel, but its location was strategic to reach all the places of interest with a relatively quick Uber ride.

In the end of a busy day we rushed to relax at the sauna and pool, just to find out the pool was not heated and the sauna was off (both within specified working hours).

good location, excellent decor, value for money, spacious rooms and bathrooms very good breakfast spread and room amenities. hotel also offers laundry service, extra blankets etc…

food is nothing to call home about considering the level of excellent food in Brazil nonetheless it’s not bad just pales in comparison with other locations. the bed is new and clean but was too hard for us causing a back ache. pool is not very inviting.

breakfast was amazing, as our room and everything else. the hotel is really well located, clean, tight, organized and quiet. the room was just about the right size and their service was really well done.

Excellent hotel with spacious bedrooms and bathroom, great food, and room service. The hotel was located near a mall and nice restaurants. There was convenient parking nearby. The staff were very helpful.

Beds were a bit hard so they brought me a mattress top cover, which helped to make it softer.
