The staff is super friendly, kind and very helpful.

We didn't have water to shower at the check out - there was a major issue, and they worked to solve it.

I enjoyed the breakfast, a mix of local and Brazilian items on the menu. I loved that you can get food made fresh/hot on the spot and the variety of items was more than acceptable.

The bed in our bedroom wasn´t comfortable to my liking but other than that I have no complaints.

Had few issues with WiFi in our room but Filipe & staff fixed until problem was resolved. Maybe update linen as looking tired but did not affect our stay

The staff was extremely helpful and sweet. we wanted to ship a package to our hometown, and they helped us finding the right place and all we had of questions. they also recommended some nice places to eat. the breakfast was good and fresh.

The breakfast was good. Good location if you are renting a car.The bathroom was large. Bed was clean. Air conditioner functional and not blowing dusty air.

The pillows provided were thin, and only 2 were given. The bathroom mirror was below shoulder length which is strange. The accessibility getting into the hotel was a little tough given there is no parking lot.

Good location and friendly staff and the communal areas - cafe/reception and pool area - looked to have been refurbed. Location is good, easy for getting around wtih Uber into the historic part of the city and walking distance from beach, cafes and restaurants. 15 minutes by car to the airport

The rooms were very dated and basic. The lock on mine was far from secure; there was no hairdryer (had to be requested from reception) and the room was gloomy. The lack of WiFi was a problem as it meant the reception was often busy with people on calls as that was the only place with signal. I had an eSim but that struggled to provide a signal too. In this day and age, there are multiples solutions to providing all rooms with WiFi access and I didn't encounter problems anywhere are this trip
